Hey Guys/Girls,

Hope you're all well.

I’m planning on starting my next cycle Mid Jan ’11
I’ve checked out the Basic 1st Cycle (DJ) & PCT (Doctari)

The cycle will be over a 5/6 week period:
Super Test 320 @ 3ml p/w (week 1 - 5/6)
Deca 350 @ 2ml p/w (week 1 – 5/6)
D/bol @ 4 p/d (split dosage: 2 @ breaky & 2 @ lunch) (week 1 – 4)

PCT will follow 14 days after last Deca in-take.
PCT will be over a 4 week period and consist of:
Clomid @ 2 X 50mg p/d (1st week)
Novaldex @ 20mg p/d (week 2 – 4)

I also want to do a cutting cycle, but that will be mid 2011, maybe.
The cutting cycle will be something like this:
Clen @ 2 weeks on/off
Heat during off weeks
Beta sleep during off weeks

Still researching on the dosages for Clen & Heat, hence I’ll only start Mid 2011

May I please have your comments/concerns/suggestions?

Waaaaaay too short. Deca/Supertest will only kick in during PCT. Double the duration for Test/Deca

Bump jackrabbit1, 10 - 12 weeks will be good.

Also if u wanna do doctari's pct protocol u need the aromasin and hcg in there, follow it to the T.

rather do super test at 1.5mls + 1ml of deca over 10weeks dude... at week 5 your injectables are only kicking in.

Ok, so, 1.5ml Super Test + 1ml Deca p/w, got it...

Can I maybe run something like this rather:
Week 1-5 :
Testocyp 250 @ 500mg p/d
D/bol @ 4 p/d (split dosage)
Week 6-10:
Deca 2ml + Super Test 3ml
Week 9-12 :
Proviron 20 @ 50mg p/d

Then follow my PCT???

bro rather run longer duration lower dosage than shorted duration higher dosage esp seeing u are using long esters!

week 1-10
250mg cyp
480mg super test
350mg deca

that will give u a shit load better result!

Can I still use the Proviron during Weeks 9-12 and then follow a PCT? or would it be best to skip the Proviron and take a 2 week break and then do a PCT?

Last question:
I know it would be best to follow Doc's PCT Protocol but, can I get away with just using Clomid & Novaldex/Kessar???

Can I still use it during the first 4 weeks of the cycle???

Shouldn't be a problem hey, everybody runs D-bol for the first few weeks of their cycle.Especially if you gonna wanna bulk up and get a kicks start and like DJ said Deca and the test Cyp will only start to take full affect after 5 weeks .

You guys might think I'm crazy,but i know how to achieve greatness.

Do I have to use Ovidrel or can I replace it with HCG???

Ovidrel is best but LP HCG will do the trick just fine.

If i remember correctly admin wrote an article about dosage for normal hcg in doc's pct

I saved a copy of a PCT that Pumped posted in a response yesterday (see attachment), I think!!!

It has the dosage for 500IU, but I'll check Doc's PCT again and watch out for Admin's post.

Hey bud. Just out of interest - what was your first cycle & what pct protocol did you follow?

I really think you should drop the deca and just do a full on dbol & test only 12 week course. BOOM!...

1st & 2nd cycle was:
Week 1-2:
4 d/bol p/d

Week 3-6:
2ml Deca + 2ml Sust (monday & thursday)

Never done pct before!!! :silly:

Im interested to know if you made any gains from either of these cycles, and if so did you keep any of them?

The time period is just too short to get any results from deca or even sust, so any gains are most likely down to dbol, and we all know the lack of longevity of those gains. On top of this your lack of PCT would make them even more shortlived.

But anyway, glad to see you're getting some good advice for the next one.
I'd say stick with test and dbol only, with the test being run for at least 10 weeks

Hey Spike!!!

I had gains but nothing stayed. Basically lost everything in about 2 months.
Last cycle was Feb/March '10

I use to gym with a guy who's been using Deca & Sust for some time now. He's never done a PCT (that I know of) and never told me about it either. "Ek was nog jonk en jeukerig. Nou's ek net jonk". HAHA!!!

Excuse the ignorance but:
Test = Supertest???
Cyp = Testcyp???

So if I were to do a D/bol & Test cycle for 10/12 weeks then it would look something like this:
Week 1-4 :
D/bol @ 4 p/d (split dosage)(Incl. w'end)

Week 1-10:
Test @ 2ml p/w

Week 8-12:
Winstrol/Proviron @ 50mg p/d

Week 13 :
Clomid @ 100mg p/d (split dosage)

Week 14-16:
Kessar @ 20mg p/d (Incl. w'end)

Basically I've just recreated DJ's 1st cycle example and replaced Cyp with Test.

dude, cyp is testosterone cyprionate, super test is a mix of different esters of testosterone. use cyprionate for the cycle as super test on its own is gonna give u a nasty bite when not mixed with anything.

I'll order the Cyp (2 x 10ml) and follow your (DJ) 1st Cycle incl PCT

I'll save the Supertest & Deca for the other cycle in mid '11 and then follow Doc's PCT and then I'll get a diet from you (DJ) as well.
