Lean fitness model cycle was created by stack
Hi Guys im planning my next cycle which should be in a month and a half and im not sure which stack to go for...its either going to be

1-10 Test prop 150mg eod
1-10 eq 400mg a week
3-10 anavar 40mg a day
1-10 proviron 40mg a day
1-10 arimidex 0.5 eod

Im sure sure to if i shuld swop the EQ with PRIMO or MASTERON because i dont want to be over eating since i want to put on lean gains, which would you guys recommend?

Im 26 ,5.8ft tall and im 85kgs, my last cycle was Test e and masteron

I would drop the equi and rather take anavar @ 80mg's per day from week 1-10.

Yes because you not going to be running any other orals just anavar.We all know that anavar is very safe on the liver.Remember that to proteect your liver you must take liver protection pre and post cycle.Not while you're on a cycle because something like milk thistle actually blocks some of the anabolic effectiveness of the steroid.

You could just go and get bloods done midway through your cycle to check that your liver is coping but in 99% sure that your liver will manage.

do you know that essentially its not the cycle that makes the fitness model it is diet and training split.... just putting it out there cos i know a fitness model that uses more test and tren than most seasoned bodybuilders....

My diet consists of 3500 to 4000 calories a day, i train 3 days on 1 day off...30 mins cardio 3 times a week after weight training

sorry for hijacking your thread bro, but whats the bulk of your diet, i want to go on a 4000 calorie diet, but cant find anything! just interested to see what you eat most for protein and carbs? i think i know who that model is, i think hes thinking of getting into bb, if we are talking bout the same dude, strong as hell also

1.) Okay but rather do 100mg's of test prop ED than 200mg's EOD this will make your blood plasma levels more stable.And you'll see quick gains.
2.) Yes you take milk thistle pre and post cycle.
3.) Your diet looks good,roughly how much protein are you eating per day though?

Thanks again Pumped, i have been given a diet by my trainer which he said was roughly 3500-4000 calories, looks like this for 6 days a week

8:30 oats & 2 scoops Whey protein(On Gold standard)50g's protein

10:30 5 egg whites (boiled or raw) + banana

13:00 1 can tuna made into a salad, cottage cheese , sweet potatoe , fruit,

15:30 1 can tuna 1 scoop whey 25g's protein, handful of almonds

18:00 chicken breast or fish fillets with brown rice, broccoli or sweet potatoe

19:00 Workout

21:00 2 scoops whey + can of tuna + some sweet potatoe

I know it might not be the best of diets but im still a newbie and would appreciate any advice given, is there anything taht you guys would add or drop in the diet mentioned above to put on muscle and drop bodyfat?

4000 calories? He never gave you portion sizes? Not to be funny but I wouldnt trust a PT for a diet. Use someone who has proven insane results for others.

You also said you startig out? Now this is probably the most important time to understand nutrition and by doing this you will be miles of your friends or people you know at the same level. Thats what makes or breaks a bodybuilder, not how much gear you use.

Actually i started training hard when i relocated to the middle east a year and half ago. I have done two cycles so far, my first cycle was a primo only cycle at 200mgs eod for 5 weeks, and my second cycle was Test E and masteron for 10 weeks which blew me up like a water balloon and gave me bad acne on my back and shoulders so thats why Test E or C is not an option for me.

If anybody can help me with my diet id really appreciate it

DJ you beauty! still loving the custom diet you gave me! eating like a madman though!

curious though, when on a cycle how would that impack on your calorie intake. cycle = more muscle, which = more calorie burning per day. how do you know the amount of calories to ajust as you go further into your cycle.

well if you start adding calories too fast you will notice a significance in body fat increase,hence the reason i usually only add in 100-120 calories week/2 weeks essesntially,1kg of muscle = 33 more calories so by adding in 100 calories a week you are still sustaining muscle building as well as compensating for that extended muscle growth.
