No prob bud. I know you're eager to start a cycle now, but I promise you rather be patient, train hard, get yourself a good diet, and before you know it you will have built yourself a solid foundation to work from.

it seems i only have two choices clen-ject and clen oral liquid.

Hi guys it has taken me quite a while to work through the diet advice Dj sent me but this is what I have come up with as a sample diet for one day.

BMR+ activity- goal (fat loss) = 3056.7 calories a day

Carbs 45% 343g per day 57.5 g per meal
Protein 30% 229g per day 39g per meal
Fat 25% 84g per day 14g per meal

It is hard to get the exact grams in each meal.
I want to take Dj`s advice to eat most of my carbs in the morning!!

Meal 1
Jungle oats 80g
Low fat milk 1% ¾ cup
Raw Honey 1 tspoon
Mixed nuts 1oz
Shake 1.4oz

Meal 2 (pre workout)
Small backed potatoes 8oz
Tuna 59g
Shake 1.4oz


Meal 3 (post workout)
Game Energy drink two scoops (forced feeding)
Small backed potatoes 8oz
Tuna 59g
Shake 1.4oz

Meal 4
Shake 1.4oz
1 egg
Mixed nuts 1oz


Meal 5
I have no control over this meal but will keep carbs low
Although it is mostly vegeterian based.


Meal 6
Shake 1.4oz
Nuts 0.5oz


Lots of salad and veggies.


This is my protein shake- nutritional breakdown

Serving size: 1 oz.= 28.4 grams
Protein (dry basis) 23.0 grams (81%)
Total Carbohydrates 2.0 grams
Dietary Fiber 0
Sugars (as Lactose) 2.0 grams
Total Fat 2.0 grams
Saturated Fat 1.2 grams
Cholesterol 65 milligrams
Energy 110 calories (Kcal)
Energy from Fat 18 calories (Kcal)
Potassium 160 milligrams
Sodium 55 milligrams
Calcium 110 milligrams
Vitamin A 200 I.U.


It is a Freaking mission trying to find all those calories!!!!

think i made a balls up the the Total BMR

106kg-26%=80LBW
80x24.25=1940BMR

BMR+1000activity-750goal(fat loss)=2190 total calorie intake

Carbs45% 985.5g per day 41g per meal
Protein30% 657g per day 27.3g per meal
Fat25% 547.5g per day 10.1g per meal

dose this look better?
