Hey guys,,

So, i wasnt really gonna do this - until what happened in the gym today. :ohmy:

So i had decided on cyp with dbol front load; then switched to prop with winny back load; but due to unforeseen budgetary constraints imposed on me by the missus, I eventually went with straight cyp for 10 weeks.

Im at the start of my 4th week now. Weight wise, no fireworks - put on 1kg so far. I dont think a hell of alot is water as i never used the dbol. I must admit though, that my diet is nowhere near where it should be... ;)

What is interesting though, is that i was feeling particularly lethargic and unenergetic this morning. However, i got to the gym and started warming up and when i got to my sets, i wasnt getting tired.

I did shoulders today, and my weights (before today) are usually as follows:

* behind neck press max - 65kg
* dumbell press max - 26kg each arm
* front raises - 14kg each arm
* dumbell shrugs - 32kg each arm

Today, i pressed behind neck 85kg
my dumbbell press was 38kg
front dumbell raises were 18kg
and i shrugged 48kg dumbells (funny thing here is that i could have gone more but my wrists & fore arms are weak so my grip kept slipping)

Oh - i weigh 75kg at the moment & 1.75m tall.

Surely its too early for the cyp to have kicked in?! I was looking forward to week 6 or so to see some explosion.

Im just taking whey and a post workout shake at the moment.

Will take some pics and post up the progress soon.

Oh - question - my left ass cheek takes longer to recover from the pin than my right for some reason... normal?

Thats a really good strength increase Rowan. At 75kg, those are some heavy weights you are lifting. Keep it up and by your course-end you should be shoulder pressing over a 100kg!

Not sure about the ass cheek thing. Are you sure you (or your wife) is pinning in the same spot.

Thats a really good strength increase, Rowan. At 75kg, those are some heavy weights you are lifting. Keep it up and by your course-end you should be shoulder pressing over a 100kg!

Not sure about the ass cheek thing. Are you sure you (or your wife) is pinning in the same spot & also keeping the needle steady while injecting (moving it around can cause bruizing).

Yeah man - today was like bursting thru plateaus like a mofo! I think i may need to practice some self control though as with such an increase i dont know if my joints will handle it & i dont want to injure myself with still 6 weeks to go of my cycle!

Ja, my wife is pinning perfectly. NO blood, no nerves, nothing. Its just my left side that takes a bit longer to recover - nothing major tho...

Yes those are some heavy weights you are pushing. Dont force things - you are right to be cautious.
The DBol is working nicely and the test is on its way to reaching their peak levels - it is there for sure.
Make sure you keep good form and warm up properly.

@JR: i think he is only using test thats why he isn't putting on weight yet

@Rowan: shot shot shot just don't get injured, i wont worry too much about the pining but it depends if the site isn't recovered by the time you pin it again then you might start to stress ,where is your bf at now if n may ask ?

Update:

SO i thought i may as well turn this into a proper type log thingy...

So im almost through my 4th week of the cycle and it feels like the test is beginning to make its mark on my system. Yesterday I was flippin too afraid to leave my desk! Guys i was a walking erection?! My boy would not stay down for sh!t!

I feel a certain 'surge' at times during the day where i feel pretty puffed - you know - stomach in chest out kinda feeling? Also my veins start sticking out even when im not ddoing anything strenuous.

The sides are minimal at this stage. I have naturally oily skin, but i think that has increased a bit. The omitting of the dbol from the cycle has kept water down - i know this cos I have become a lot more vascular. Noticed it when i did shrugs & saw a monster vein on my trap!

Guys - im obsessed with my nipples tho ;)
Theres no itchiness or sensitivity but i think the thought of it has me constantly feeling & pinching them just to check...:P

P.s - im not on an anti e btw

My mood has been stable. No aggro or anything, but i really peak and get super excited like a day before i know im pinning!

So to recap - after 4 weeks:

* feeling horny as hell
* irregular & spontaneous erections
* skin has gotten a bit oilier on face (forehead in particular
* no pimples/acne anywhere
* balls are still same size
* strength is on the up
* body weight not increasing very much

Hey guys.

So, My Tuesday evening pin was a bit weird. Went in super smooth - didnt even know it was in. Apiration was perfect (no blood) and everything hundreds; but while shooting, about half way through i felt a bit of discomfort and for like 2 seconds felt very light 'twinges' down my leg? When the needle came out there was a bit more blood than usual (its usually like 2 drops). I think i may have grazed a nerve? Anyway its thursday now and the site is hundreds. Usually it takes me like 4 days for the tenderness at the site to totally subside.

Did chest yesterday and not so much a remarkable strength increase, but my endurance & stamina has gone up! Getting more reps up there and rests in between sets are shorter.

Bench was 85kg - now 110kg
incline db press was 30kg - now 38kg
dips was body weight - now body weight plus 15kg plate

On the negative side I have (my wife too) noticed that my temper is getting 'there' a bit faster now. I start red lining over smaller things than i would usually. My wife has told me 'very NICELY' to get that in check and to remember our deal... ;)

My face gets really hot for no reason sometimes and lying on the couch watching tv sometimes i just feel myself getting hot and even a bit clammy. (with teesav shorts on & no top).

Still obsessing about my nipples - give them a feel every so often just to make sure they're not feeling particularly sensitive or anything :P

Oh - im up 2kg (77kg) and still getting more vascular - which is strange for cyp...

In conclusion: This has been a great cycle thus far! Stand by for pics...

I wouldnt worry about the pin, not likely you hit a nerve but rather what is known as a myofascial triger point, this is just an area of hypersensitivity and spasm within the muscle itself, and it can refer pain etc. We normally treat them with dry needling, and a twitch or pain referral is normal when you hit them.

Hitting a nerve would have much harder signs and symptoms and lasting damage

Um, but im scared of needles...

You could have grazed a nerve but luckily I don't think you pierced it. I hit a nerve in my leg a few years ago and jeez was it sore. My entire leg went into spasm and I had leg convulsions for a few days after. I obviously permanently damaged the nerve as the area on my quad is still numb. Haven't injected in my legs since that incident.

Looks like you're still making good progress, just watch the temper, remember to always think before acting when on roids like test/tren/dbol.

Hey Tbone. Thanks bud.

That's a big thing that i forgot to mention in my "positives" column. :P

Recovery has been phenomenal while on this cycle! I would think that the combination of heavier weights with more reps & shorter rests in between sets would leave me near cripple a day or 2 after the work out but it hasnt been so.

I do have days where after a back work out or arms where its too sore for me to clean the back of my neck in the shower, but it doesnt last that long.

Its really been great.
