I have not been on this site for some time. Decided , seeing that I seemed not to know that much about diet and muscle building last time, i went and studied person training. Well i recently passed, and now i have been informed that i can move to America and start something that side,( my girl moving and im aloud to tag along, all expenses paid, I’m very lucky). now I got informed about this the other day that we will be moving about half way through April!! I have been doing things natural for some time now and bulking as much as i can to gain size. so have picked up size but now have some unwanted weight, and in America even know they mostly fat, they look at appearance and if i go to an interview looking like a slight heffalump , they going to laugh at me. So basically i have a few weeks to cut a little and get hard. i do not want to combine allot of anabolic as i am only 23.
I was thinking maybe a short course (4 weeks) of prop at about 600mg a week
Then off cycle of clomid, kessar and preg.
I was eating round about 5000 calories per day now dropped to 3000-3500 with cardio
now i know time is not on my side, but any help or any suggestions would be helpful.
