Howzit guys.

i hope you all had a great weekend!

So, most of you know that Im currently on a 10 week cyp course. Yesterday I was given a tub of clen gel (the one with the picture of a horse on it. The box is white and a pinkish colour. Claire is the make)

My question is, would it be silly to start it while im obviously trying to bulk? Would it be better for me to start it once this current cycle is finished?

Im looking to get some heat before i start as the plan is to cycle 5 days heat & 5 days clen.

Usually I separate my bulking from my cutting. In other words, bulking and fat loss should be treated as two separate entities. My strict dieting with fat burners & cutting compounds will only commence when I have enough muscle mass to refine.

i agree with stuart, as your diet is also different for bulking and cutting so just think you'll get better results if you focus on one at a time!:) good luck!

Would the same apply to running winny at the back of my cyp course?

you should rather wait till the break between the injectables and pct,will help you harden up a bit inbetween there esp if you are using winstrol and proviron in that time...if u are picking up to much fat on your cycle add in 1-2 more sets per exercise and add in some cardio post work out...all the plans i do incorporate cardio post work out,it helps prime the body for post work out carbs
