hi guys, i'm in my third week of 600mg test enanthate pw and frontloading 50mg dbol a day. im 188cm and now weigh 101 at a bodyfat or around 15%. starting to see some strength increases, but only up 2.5kg on the scale. in 2 weeks i went got the following: squat went from 4 on 130 to 5 on 145, bench went from 5 on 105 to 6 on 110, bb curls went from 5 on 55 to 3 on 65, doing shoulders friday then back on saturday, getting around 280 to 320g of protein and 300g carbs

Good job so far man, how long you plan on running this cycle? You just doing a dbol frontload with test e run throughout?

thanx, yeah, im running it for 12 weeks, also doing anavar the last 5 weeks at 55mg ed. cant wait till end of next week for the test to kick in!

i would be looking at getting in a minimum of 350g of protein a day in your diet,cut those carbs in half and add in fats.

thanx dj, does it all have to be from stuff like nuts and avo, or can part be from meat and milk and such? i have a very physical job, so would you then still suggest the carb cut?

haha, o yeah i forgot milk has way more carbs than fat! thanx for the help, is the fat from beef and pork ok or a no go? do you think going with max ot on this cycle is a safe bet?

shoulders yesterday was ok, did db military press last week and got 4 reps on 35's, did the with the bar yesterday and got 5 on 70kg then 2 reps on 80. did back today, worth mentioning would be barbell rows. usually get a good 5 or 6 on 100kg, got a clean 5 reps today on 120kg. weight up to just under 102kg.
