New to anti-oestrogens, what to use?

Hey, I've been on a couple of cycles before but never used a anti-oestrogen during a cycle, I think, used proviron on my last cycle but didn't finish my cycle, got really sick.

I'm planning on using test Sust 350mg p/week and 150-300 mg deca p/week.
I'm 26 and have very mild gyno as a result of puberty so I'm a little worried about the deca.
Can I use an anti-oestrogen during my cycle and if so what should I use and how much? PCT, I've always just went through a pack of fertomid using one a day.

Basicly I'm asking what would be the best way to go about my 12week cycle of Sust and deca.

Ok, I think u need to go back to basic and do some research. I would suggest u maybe read the first cycle thread and then the pct protocol thread both by admin and doc. After all that u'll have a better understanding of all anti estrogen support u need and how to do a proper pct. A box of fertomid 1 ed does not really cut it, seeing thats only 10 tabs in total.

Read up on all that and then tell us what u think.

Dude enough with the slogan at the end of your posts, nobody cares if you use gear, if you condone it or not, ask what you want and leave it at that.

Fakey is right, do some readings on each category, read the sticky posts and take it from there. An anti estrogen will not be sufficient and is a long time to add additional toxins.

Just gonna get a good start, want to drop my bf % to abot 12-15%
then by June i'll go on a bulking cycle to get ready dor the summer.
