I am a personal trainer and i am looking to do a cycle
i am worried that i will only get puffy and gain bulk like i see the junkies in the gym.
i am looking to gain lean muscle i know i will bulk a little but that is not my goal
i am 31
TBM- 98
BF- 17%
my diet is good and i will adjust as needed to build when it is time.
any advice on a good cycle i have read the discussion on what a good first cycle should be. is this the one i should follow.
