1st cycle Dbol / Test-e / Winnie

:woohoo: Hey guys, you get a lot of these on the forum I know and am sorry for this - there is just so many cycles and stacks to choose from....

Some of my stats: 26 years old, 97 kg, 1.83m tall, 14-15% BF have been training for 2.5 years now. My diet now is low carb, high protein (1800-200 cals) for BF to come down. Will adjust when on the cycle with a 40/40/20 ratio of carbs/protein/fat.

My goal is to build muscle and to minimize aromatizing effects (sides and water retention) for a solid appaerance and to loose some fat if possible but loosing fat is not the main objective-muscle is!

Cycle:

Week 1-4: 40 mg/day Dbol (or Superdrol/Anabol don't really get the difference between them)
Week 1-12: 600 mg/week Test Enanthate (Testen 300 from PGW)
Week 8-12: 100 mg/week Winstrol inj (injecting with the test)

Question: Can Proviron 50 mg/day be used throughout the cycle Week 1-12 ???

PCT:

Week 13&15: 50 mg/day Clomid
Week 13-15/16: 20 mg/day Kessar

So, what do you guys think?

Move Winstrol from week 8 to 12 rather run it from week 11 to 15, PCT starting week 16. Run some HCG during the entire time you on the Winstrol then move to PCT, forget the Clomid and do 30 days of Kessar at 20mg a day.

Yes, Proviron can be run throughout the entire cycle.

100mg/week winstrol is too low sugegsted dose is 50mg ed. yes proviron can be used throughout cycle.

Thanks for the reply guys. I actually didn't want to run HCG but guess it is best to keep the gains and get the natural test up and running. HCg @ 500 i.u EOD while on winnie?

What else can I use instead of the winstrol....I don't know. And what is best, the Dbol or Superdrol if you guys don't mind?

instead of winny: anavar, tbol and oral primo, all depending on ur budget really. As for the kickstart i'd go for d-boll definitively between those two.

As fakey said. 250iu hCG should be enough while on winny..

and you are getting way to few calories even for cutting. you're letting muscle waste away. to bulk you need at least double that calories!

I'm now reading what DJ posted about when to start a PCt and half life and all that and now I'm confused(not saying I wasn't from the start) but using the PCT calculator he posted, it is advised that I only start a PCT 25 days after my last shot...Does this mean I should use HCG while on winny for the 5 weeks I'm on it and then wait 25 days before I start using 20 mg/day of Kessar for 30 days?

So the cycle is:
Week 1-4: 40 mg/day Dbol
Week 1-12: 600 mg/week Test E
Week 11-15:50 mg/day using 250 i.u/day (will be using the oral as injecting ED will be a pain in the ass)

PCT
Week 19-23: 20 mg Kessar/day

No, if you see the structure I layed out, the Winstrol will be run long enough to ride out the long esters of the Test, so you go straight to PCT, the reason I say to use HCG during Winstrol, is Winstrol is not that suppressive, HCG is mainly being used to get your balls back into play, as its synthetically increasing LH.. Now when you start the Kessar for the PCT, the pituitary will signal LH and this is how you going to recover.

Week 11-15, can be Winstrol 50mg ED (oral) and 250iu hCG EOD (injectable) it just a slin needle in your stomach, you don't even feel it.
