Hi guys

Just a quick question...

If you use winstrol is it better to spread the dosage over a 24hr period or better to take all at once.

EG.10mg winstrol every 8hrs=30mg/day....or 30mg when you get up in the morning....

Which is better???

With orals i prefer to split throughout the day to keep levels of compound stable in blood over the period of the cycle.

The half life of Winny is about 9 hours, so I suppose it will make sense to split the dose.
