Introductions, my first cycle was created by Garth0x
Howzit forum, :)

I'm just posting to introduce myself to you guys.
My name is Garth. I'm 22 years old. I've been gymming on and off for about the last 2.5 years. Recently I've been gymming solid for the last month and a half. Showing some good progress strength wise.

I have been doing some solid researching to gather all the necessary info for my first cycle. What I've been planning is a mini cycle for my first cycle. Because I don't know how my body will react to it.

I plan to use Sustanon 250 and Dianabol. And for PCT I plan to use Nolvadex. I know that 6 weeks is quite short with respect to the Sus, and not really taking full advantage of the longer esters. The only reason is I'm not sure how I'm gonna react to it, side-effect wise. I want to be safe.

My stats are;
Age:22 years old
Weight: 66kg's (I'm on the skinny side of the fence)
Height: 1.88 meters
BF % is around 10-12%
Diet: It's good, but I'm in the process of making it better.

I'm posting now already so that I can gain as much possible info before I begin a cycle.
(I do plan on doing more research before I start).

Howzit and welcome,

Why dont u run it for 5 weeks see if u get any sides(highly doubt it) and if u dont get any sides than continue the cycle for an additional 5/7 weeks than do pct?

What dosage of dbol and sust u gonna be doing?

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Hey Garth,

Welcome to the board man. :)

Look, i reckon 1.5months solid training is not near enough for you to have reached your full natural potential. Keep training hard at least for the remainder of the year! Get your calories up majorly and then look at a cycle beginning of next year.

However, if your mind is already made up (which it probably is) I would say that you're going to waste your money running sust for 6 weeks. I think you know this too!

If you want to run a short course to gauge your body's reaction to it - you have got to go for a short estered compound - not a test combo. This is also going to be a challenge when you're timing your pct.

rather run prop at 100mg e2d for 6 weeks. That's going to give you better results imo than sust will over the time given.

The e2d pins may be a bit overwhelming for a 1st course, I know - but if you want to get the most out of a short cycle, I think this is a better option.

Peace & good luck :)

If you want to treat yourself then listen to this man! I am even taller than you and he is currently helping me put on mass which so far has been working great! He does custom diets for people, which he charges for but its really worth it. I also thought I should go on cycle to gain weight but eating the correct thing at the ccorrect times will yield lots of results. Post your current diet and let the guys have a look at it for you.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments. :)

Ok, here goes. I'm not dead set on using, right outa the gate. I was introduced to the idea and it has kinda stuck with me. I do know that I should first go as far as I can naturally. Its just that I haven't been gaining like i would like and , well i think I'm a little frustrated maybe. :silly:

I am not saying that I have to start my first cycle right now. I do want to gain the right knowledge before i start it. I like to do things properly, if you know what I mean.

As for my Diet, here goes; (This is a typical day, as far as I can make out)
Morning (breakfast) : I got the Bokomo Instant Oats (about 40-50g a morning) sometimes with a cup of coffe
10:00: (work tea time) I have a sandwitch followed by a SA SUPPLEMENTS-Massive Muscle shake
13:00: Lunch time - I have a 200ml yoghurt (sometimes fat free, sometimes not)
another sandwitch (random stuff on, Ham and cheese or tuna or peanut butter etc
15:00: Tea again - Sometimes another shake, and/or a 1 or 2 250ml QualiJuice
16:25: I take Ganic-F (Pre-workout shake from SA Supps) then im on my way home for my
workout session. (17:00-18:00) +- an hour long.
After my workout I usually have a post workout shake.

An dinner is a toss up: Spaghetti, Mac and cheese, Fish, chichen, Lamb etc. All the meats
with rice and veg.

I try to drink plenty of water, but sometimes I just cant drink, lol.

I know its not the best diet but, like I said I am trying to make it better.
Any comments will be much appreciated.

Regards
Garth B)

Welcome Garth. Firstly you have done the right thing by researching before you start your first cycle.

Look, you are only 22 and have only been training for 2 and half years.

You body will still be producing huge amounts of Test until you are 25. It's a waste to start using gear now.

Your diet is terrible. That's the first place to start. Sort that out and you will see huge gains without the need for drugs.

Contact DJ and ask him to sort your diet out. He does charge, but he is going to do more for you than any amount of gear at this stage. And will probably be a lot cheaper too. ;)

Pay the price of discipline or pay the price of regret
