Tren & Test sides

Hi all

Great site and loads of info, well done

i have been on tri tren and test which i have been pinning every 3rd day at 1 ml tren and 1 ml test and everyday i have been taking 0.5mg of Arimidex to counter the sides etc.
This would be my 3rd week and i have noticed a small lump under my nipple which has been bugging me and im worryed about Gyno. i have uped my Arimidex to 1 tab a day and added 1 tab of nolvadex, is this sufficent and how long will it take for the lump to subside and is there something else i should take etc?

Letro would be the best use 2.5 mg's per day untill it subsides and discontinue the tren. for the moment.

Is ur nipples itchy or anything like that?
using letro and arimidex together is a bit overkill in my opinion. 00pump should answer here. Ther is a discussion on gyno. Look for it, will clear up some of ur q's bud.

Letro alone will help.
I often get the lump when on cycle in the one nipple.. i just take letro for 2 days and it goes away... and then take letro again whenever it comes back.
Proviron is something that also helps, but i dont think Nolva Helps?

no my Nipples are not itchy at all, i just feel a lump, i do have proviron on hand and can take it before the letro comes, how many tabs should i take per day and should i take the nolva and the arimidex with it?

This treatment arm was discontinued from the trial. Based on clinical and pharmacokinetic results from the ATAC trial, tamoxifen should not be administrated with anastrozole."

It further states that,

"Co-administration of anastrozole and tamoxifen resulted in a reduction of anastrozole plasma levels by 27% compared with those achieved with anastozole alone. Estrogen containing therapies should not be used with ARIMIDEX as they may diminish pharmacologic action."

Personally I think that you shouldnt combine the 2. Either run adex alone or letro alone. Keep the serm for pct.

Hey bud

U can use the kessar to block the receptor so long while u wait for letro to kick in and do it's job.

Another thing to consider is that it might be prolactin gyno.

You will not have high levels progesterone if you have low levels of estrogen, so if you suppressing estrogen you will be half way there.

Bottom line is go for a blood test if you feel something is up, check prolactin and estrogen and while you at it check your test levels at the same time..

Bottom line is you can't get rid of the lump while you got it, it might get slightly smaller (the gland) but it will always be there and the slightest hormonal imbalance will cause it to flare up again.

I would keep doing what you doing, stay on the Adex and run the Nolva with that, I wouldn't waist my time on Letro as it won't help any further.

Do you have any noticeable enlargement of the nipple, is it inflamed looking, is it feeling soft around the area?

I had the same problem only thing that worked well is Cabasser.

Thanks 00PUMP, no other problem with my nipple, just that there is a lump, what would you say about the intresting topic that was posted by Rowan? (taking Arimidex and nolva)

What I can say is I have used both successfully together. And when I dropped the Nolva the gyno appeared worse and my nipples where itchy..

I've always been under the impression that combining Nolva and a 19-nor steroid like tren is a big no no. I've read that nolva can actually worsen prolactin side-effects and cause gyno(prolactin gyno) to get worse. What are your thoughts pump?
