1st Cycle: Dianabol & Testocyp /Anavar & Proviron

Hi. I'm new to these forums and have been reading them for a while doing some research into gear.
I've currently hit a plateau in my training and thats why I want to start using gear to get stronger and bigger.

My Stats are:
Age: 22
Height: 1.78m
Weight: 73kg
Body fat: 8%
Training: 5 times per week @ 3 hours a day including cardio.

Ive recently bought a course of Anavar & Proviron and was looking to start with it this monday but I've decided to keep the Anavar cycle till after Dianabol & Testocyp cycle that I want to try because I'm looking to gain mass.

My aim is to get to 85kg's of lean mass. My plan is to bulk durring the winter using the Dianabol & Testocyp and then start ripping with the Anavar & Proviron closer to spring.

Is this a good idea or is it better to combine the Anavar & Proviron into the Dianabol & Testocyp cycle for the best results?

i think combining the two cycles would make for the best retention of gains. Run the anavar and proviron in the last weeks of test, up until pct. This was help stabilize your gains and drop off any excess water as well as bridge to your pct.

Um, but im scared of needles...

Ok does this cycle look right?

Week 1 to 10: Testcyp Injection. 500mg weekly
Week 1 to 4: Dbol Tabs. 40mg daily
Week 1 to 14: Proviron Tabs. 50mg daily
Week 10 to 14: Anavar Capsules. 60mg daily

PCT
Week 15 to 16: Clomid. 50mg daily
Week 16 to 18: Kessar. 20mg daily

I based the first cycle of DJ's What a First Cycle should look like adding in the Anavar at week 10 the last week of Test as you said Spike.

Just a few other question.
Will 5 weeks be enough for the Anavar or should I extend it to 6 weeks because I read most anavar cycle are from 6 to 8 weeks long?

Also would it be a good idea to add in the winstol tabs from week 11 to 14 like the original what a first cycle should look like or should I just stick with the anavar without the winstrol? What will give me the best gains?

You really train 3 hours a day 5 days a week?? Yissus.

Anyway, what doses do you intend running?

What does your diet look like?

Yes I do train that much. 60min weights, 30 min abs, 40min cardio, 15min stretching before and 15min after.

Doses are in the post above as you saw :)

I have not yet made my diet but I will probably be doing a bulking diet. I will research more into this the coming next few weeks. If you could please provide me with a few links on helpful tips to make a diet that would be great otherwise I don't mind paying to have a diet made for me here or I'll go to the dietitian.

Firstly Zack, congratulations on doing proper research for your first cycle. I wish we saw more of that on here.

I don't think its necessary to run Winny with the Anavar and I think 5 weeks is long enough. You might want to up the dose to 80mg pd? Personally I think 60mg might be be on the low side, as it is a pretty mild drug.

To get the best out of your cycle I would really contact DJ and get a proper diet bud. I think he might also tell you to cut down on the training time. :huh:

I think I'm gonna run with the Winstrol just to get the extra size I want. I want to do this nice and properly the first time.

Here is where I get confused. Can I add in the Anavar in at Week 10 to Week 14 along with the Winstrol or should I wait till after the winstrol and only start the Anavar at week 15?

first of all you can't train 3hours in one go a day. not even pudzianowski trains that long and he takes in 10000+ calories a day! you will lose muscle if you train that long.

secondly i don't think your research is up to scratch and that you should wait before starting and read up A LOT more. "winstrol just to get the extra size i want" ? winstrol is a cutting drug bud. and you cant just keep adding orals, your liver will vrot.

please listen to the advice these guys give you, as you will only waste your time and money and damage yourself. all the best!:)

3 hours does seem to be a bit much but its not all high intensity work but none the less I think I'm gonna cut down on my cardio while I do this cycle to bulk.

I've been reading up on it and its alot to process :( for my first time thats why I'm asking here so that you guys can help me out with my first cycle and so that I don't screw it up.

I read the winstrol drug profile and it seems to have pretty much the same effect as Anavar in cutting terms, so I guess Ill just substitute the winstrol for anavar.

So heres what my final cycle will look like

Week 1 to 10: Testcyp Injection. 500mg weekly
Week 1 to 4: Dbol Tabs. 40mg daily
Week 1 to 14: Proviron Tabs. 50mg daily
Week 10 to 14: Anavar Capsules. 80mg daily

PCT
Week 15 to 16: Clomid. 50mg daily
Week 16 to 18: Kessar. 20mg daily

Is it advisable to take Milk Thistle throughout this whole cycle?

first off,how many calories are you consuming,taking steroids and not having a diet in order is like putting nos in a car and having no wheels on it...nutriton is the buidling blocks of everything...

second off u should be splitting cardio and weights if u cant u still shouldnt be in the gym for 3 hours at 1 time,u 1hour weight training,30-40mins cardio post work out... u are over training if u are at 3 hours in the gym that could be the first problem with lack of gains : over training and under eating = 0 results!

cardio whilst bulking has a very important role! it keeps you from putting on too much additional fat and it also gets your metabolism running so that you can get through all the food u need to. 20-30mins on training days is perfect... also how many days a week are you training?

My average calorie consumption a day is around 3800 calories. Will get a proper diet though before I start this cycle.

I can split my gym session to 2 per day if required, doing weights in the morning the cardio later during the day. I train 5 times per week.

Here are my stats.

Weight: 73kg

I worked out my BMR and it said around 3115 cal per day + extra 20% if i wanted to add on muscle.

Whats your activity level? I'm 90kg and moderately active, my maintance calorie level is only 2900, I have a feeling you messed up your calculation buddy

Aaaa shit I chose Very active activity level which doesn't seem to be right for me.
When I work it out on a Moderately active activity level I get 2800 Calories for maintenance and 3360 Calories for Building. Does this seem to be more right?

ummm even rough estimation of 73kgs - 8 % bf x 2.2 to get pounds and maintaince is roughly 15caloires per pound so u should be looking at 2400cals maintaince.. 2900 to gain size...
