Ok guys so TODAY is the start of my next bulker. I have done 3 cycles in the past including one idiotic 7 month cycle as most of you know. My goal is to gain around 10-15kg of bulk. Ill be using Test, Deca and kickstarting with anadrol. My cycle looks like this;

AAS;
Week 1-2 Anadrol 50mg/day
Week 3-4 Anadrol 100mg/day
Week 1-10 PGW Supertest 320mg/week
Week 1-16 Test Cypionate 500mg/week
Week 1-14 Deca 400mg/week

Pct/Ancilliaries;
Week 4-16 HCG 500mcg/week
Week 18 HCG 500mcg/day for 5 days
Week 18-22 Kessar 40mg/day

It will be my first time doing Deca and Anadrol. I will first see how i react to Anadrol before upping the dose during week 3 and 4. I will be logging my results every week in terms of weight gain as well as sides, and how i feel.

My stats are as follows;
age 22
Weight 88kg
Height:1.8m
Goal for the year: Bulk to 100-105kg then cut to around 85-90 7 percent bf.

My diet looks something like this;

Breakfast:
-Bowl of oats
-6 Eggs
-Apple
-Peanut butter and cheese on low GI bread
-coffee

Mid-morning snack:
-Chicken/tuna sandwich on low GI bread

Lunch;
-2 chicken breasts
-2 potatoes
-green veggies

Mid-afternoon snack
-same as mid-morning

Dinner
-brown/jasmine rice/pasta
-2 chicken breast/hake
-veggies

before bed;
-thick slice of cheese
-tablespoon peanut butter
-can of tuna

LOTS OF H2O THROUGHOUT THE DAY!!!!!

will do my best to post some pics each week too. please critique my diet and let me know if i should make any adjustments to it. looking forward to sharing my experience with you guys

ok bigboyf, first off the fact that u dont weigh out and measure food is going to be a problem,u are gonna end up getting fat on this diet. things that need to be dropped are : CHEESE and BREAD and PASTA. also you need ot weight out everything,u are under eating protien, and over eating carbs, and your carbs are all over the show!

had a look at your diet outline now bro. Will email you soon for a specific diet. I see that you list meal 4 as preworkout but i train at 8 at night so i have 7 meals not 6 and a gap between breakfast and preworkout without carbs is too long and will leave me extremely sluggish. Will however replace peanut butter and cheese sandwich with a serving of whey protein mixed into my oats. Will make midmorning snack 1 chicken breast or tuna with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Lunch will still remain the same as i said cant have such a huge gap between meals for carbs.

On another note: did my first shot on friday and since yesterday which is a day after my shot i feel like shit! My body aches and i feel like i have flu. Woke up feeling like i was dying today. Need to train today and dont know if i should. I heard that this is common with supertest?

sorry hold on why cant u have such a big gap between carb meals? some of the guys who do diets from me have carbs for breakfast and then again at 5:00pm at night and still are getting stronger,that whole u need carbs for energy is alot of bull shit bro...fats are an energy source to! so whey and nuts is fine... trust me bro,i have done over 100 diets for people,they all seem to do well with carbs only pre,post work out and breakfast\

I can confirm that my energy levels are 100% and im no longer on any fat burner still high energy levels

Cool will nuts in to replace carbs at meals 2 to 4. prefer eating whole food protein sources at other times except for pre and post workout as i feel it absorbs too quickly so will keep the chicken or tuna in and combine with the nuts or peanut butter.

Did first on cycle workout today, felt extremely lathargic. could not even complete some of my sets as all i felt like doing was falling asleep and focus was gone to shit, im guessing this is the anadrol. Also slight headache throughout the day but nothing serious. Flu symptoms from this morning seemed to fade as the day went on.

Workout was back and biceps, great pump dispite the lathargy. workout looked like this;

Pullups 2x20 reps
pull downs x3 6x45kg 8x75kg 8x80kg
Dumbell rows x3 6x22kg 8x46kg 8x48kg
Low rows x3 6x67.5 8x115kg 8x112kg

Hey guys
sorry for the absence been busy with work etc. So its been a week and im up to 91kg probably water at this point but feeling good. wierd anxious feeling from anadrol has been replaced by an intense feeling of wellbeing and strength and training intensity has gone up significantly towards the end of the week.

Did my third shot today of deca and supertest, site is fucking painful cant even walk properly, never had the problem with my shot of test cyp earlier this week.

Been following DJs recommended nutrient timing and its made a huge difference. bloat is minimal and energy is consistant throughout the day.

One side effect i seem to be suffering is that my hair is falling out rapidly. my tshirts have folicles all over them asnd my hair appears thinner. Slight insomnia espescially after training at night seems to be happening as well but it is probably linked to the higher training intensity.

lol sorry guys didnt mean to be melodramatic :) was just curious if anybody had any feedback on the flu symptoms from the supertest. Ive heard its because of the BA and BB concentration in it but the test cyp i have has exactly the same concentrations of both yet doesnt make me sick.

Will start posting workouts from today onwards. Still feeling goodn with slight drops in mood later in the day but training sorts that out. strength and intensity rising too. Weighing in at about 92kg now.
Todays workout was chest and triceps and went as follows;

Bench press x4 sets 60x6 60x6 100x8 100x10
Incline dumbell press x3 sets 17x6 36x8 38x8
Pec deck x3 sets 35x6 60x8 65x8

Tricep pushdowns x3 sets 45x6 85x8 90x10
Single arm tricep pushdowns x2 sets on each side 25x8 25x8

Hope to get my bench press up with this cycle as its always been my weakest lift

Good luck on your cycle bro! Just one question. I see that you warm up chest by benching 60kg, then your set of 100kg. Why are you "warming up" again with incline? If your warmed up with normal bench, your muscle do not need to be "warmed up" again.

true that guess i just have to roll with it. Seems to be less severe each time anyway.

The reason i do the warm up on incline isnt essentially to warm up the muscle but rather to practice the technique and balance as it sets a mental imprint for the future heavier sets
