Breakfast:
-Bowl of oats
-6 Eggs
-Apple

-coffee
Mid-morning snack:
-Chicken/tuna sandwich on low GI bread
Lunch;
-2 chicken breasts
-2 potatoes
-green veggies
Mid-afternoon snack
-same as mid-morning
Dinner
-brown/jasmine rice/pasta
-2 chicken breast/hake
-veggies
before bed;
-thick slice of cheese
-tablespoon peanut butter
-can of tuna
LOTS OF H2O THROUGHOUT THE DAY!!!!!
will do my best to post some pics each week too. please critique my diet and let me know if i should make any adjustments to it. looking forward to sharing my experience with you guys
