First cycle 10 weeks

Hey all.

Im going to be doing my first cycle in a couple of months.
This is my cycle:

Tbol 40mg ed (1-4)
Sust 500mg/week;250*2 a week (1-10)
HCG 250ius*2 a week from week 3-10

PCT 10 days after last inject:
Clomid 100mgs 12-13 then 50mgs 13-14
nolva 20mg 13-16.

Possibly Aromasin during for gyno as im gyno prone thinking 20mg e3d. Or any other advice regarding this?

How do you know you're gyno prone if you've been on cycle?

I wouldn't bother with the HCG during the cycle as this is a relatively short cycle, I would however move it to the PCT phase with the Nolva.

For a nice cheap and extremely effective way to combat gyno on cycle is a very low dose of Letrozole.

Well ive read on other sites its best to have it during the cycle makes for a easier recovery.

And well i had gyno from puberty (just removed with letro/nolva) so assuming im going to be gyno prone.

And how would the dosing be for the letro? how much ed or e2d? 0.5mg?

Hey bud

Cycle looks good, just move ur pct time to roughly 24 days after ur last pin. Blood level will have reach 100mg's which will be a good time to start pct.

what are your stats now? age, height, weight bf etc.. would be nice to get a baseline so we can see your results after the cycle

thanks for all the replies. I.m 21 5ft9 95kg and like 13 percent bf. Been bulking for a while and decided i wanna cycle now.

Interesting to see that you got rid of gyno using Letro/ Nolva. I thought that treatment was a myth. What doses did you run?

I ran it for like 30 days so a month using 2.5mg a day for the first 3 weeks then like 1 mg/day for a week and 20mg nolva for a month.

Please provide before and after pics.. puberty gyno can go away on its own, that dose of letro and tappered off like that would have cause severe rebound that nolva is no way strong enough

Well that is the way i ran it and i didnt take pics and it worked for me without any gyno rebound.

I have read on other sites that it has been done, even just with Letro, but I always thought it was bullshit.

How bad was the gyno to start with Juiced?

At those doses you must have quite hectic sides? I'm sure libido must have been non existent.

I think you must be the first oke on this site that's actually done it.

Well it was pretty bad i felt but you are always more self conscious. Yeah had pretty dry joints so coudnt train so heavy and also took caba to help a bit with the libido.

Yeah i would say 90% gone hey which is a alot better..

Have you lost weight during that period.. yes I can believe it will clean up to a point but never 100%.. I have also had mild success with letro but never 100 percent maybe 70

Yeah lost like 5kgs was really tough in the gym. And i never removed it all like 85-90% of it which makes me happier

Yeah will also never again but i removed it and it was a real pain for me to pinch my nipples all the time so it looked normal :blush: so im happier now. Thanks for the interest

I also ran Letro at 2.5mg pd for a while, and I swore by all that's holy, I will never, ever, do that again. But I'm glad you had a good result Juiced. It's interesting to know that it can be done. To an extent anyway at least.

Juiced, both will work bud. Letro is the cheaper option and I must say at low doses it works very well for me. Pump00 on the other hand prefers Adex or Aromasin. You choose, both will do it.

Also very interested to see that Letro helped reduce gyno quite a bit in your case. I have a mild case from puberty as well, really hate it, it does make a person heavily self-conscious. I'm going to be running my first cycle in a month or two, will see how I react to the Test and D-bol, then afterwards might consider running a month of Letro to try and get rid of mine (hoping that the cycle doesn't make things worse, but I figure if I'm going to run a cycle, I'll rather worry about getting rid of the gyno I currently have afterwards in case it comes back during my cycle).
