I've noticed that there seems to be quite a bit of debate on this as well, according to the half-life listed on this site (12 days), it is only necessary to inject once a week, although I've read in many places that 2x a week is better.

I'm looking at doing 500mg Test Cyp per week, I just basically want to know whether 1x a week would yield the same results as 250mg 2x per week (I am admittedly not a big fan of needles at all!)?

Injecting more often will not stabilize the blood levels any further, once a week shots is all that is needed with Cyp or E. Stabilizing hormone levels with long esters does take much longer than short acting, just keep that in mind.

I am changing from Test prop to Test E, because for various reasons won't be able to pin 3 x week. Will have to pin Test E 1 x week.

I want to go from 3 x 100mg Test prop a week to 1 x 300mg Test E pw.

The maths always confuses me.

How long should I pin both, before the Test E will kick in and I can leave the Test prop?

Do I taper the Test prop down whilst pinning the Test E and if so, at what doses?

Pump, this is something you will do just off the top of your head methinks.

do it as a normal front load shaun.3-4 weeks of both...

The first pic is of once a week 500mg shot of test Cyp and pic two of 250mg shot twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

You can pretty much make your own conclusions from this but I'll just take a 500mg shot once.
