Cycle's and plans for this year was created by Fakey_AK
Hey Peeps

Well im starting my cycle june that will be the beginning of getting closer to competing next year. That's the goal set of for myself. Started a new training regime with a trainer that breaks me day by day. I've only realised in the last 3 month's how use my body got to my way of doing things. But the change in training brought out sum body parts and fine tunes others. Coupled with the help of DJ my progress has been good the last few month's. I will post sum pic's later as soon as i have bought sum blinkin batteries for the camera ( they keep dissapearing ).

I've been on kefei for about 2 1/2 month roughly now and gains/fatloss have been very slow. By the time i start my cycle i'll be on my 3rd box. I plan to run the hGH right threw the cycle into pct. Dosage is 5iu's 2on 1 off

Current stats:

80kg's
12%bf ( and dropping )
176cm's

Cycle:

Week 1 - 12 Sust 250 @ 250mg eod
Week 1 - 14 Npp 150 @ 150mg eod
Week 1 - 14 EQ 350 @ 175mg eod
Week 13 - 21 Test p 100 @ 100mg eod
Week 13 - 21 Mast P 100 @ 100mg eod
Week 13 - 21 Anavar 20 @ 100mg ed ( still pending on dosage and finance's by then )
Week 1 - 21 Proviron 20 @ 60mg ed

Armidex will be used at .50mg eod and will be switched to .50mg ed if needed.
i will also be pinning eq three weeks prior to starting cycle 1 1/2ml a week. basicly starting next week.

So that's the idea more or less. Of course i will be following a diet from DJ aswell.

Thanx bud

Started the eq last night. Will keep calories the same for the next 3 weeks and then we can start bumping them up.

Training 3 years but first year was a waste with no diet and drinking every supplement known to man. When i started gymming i was 61kg. Did a supertest cycle last year feb and a test p, npp and mast sept. Also did a short 6 week cutter of test p and winny about 2 month's ago.

Yeah i agree here. Im currently 21, 93kgs, like 13%bf, no cycles yet. and 180cm.
It might of set a better base for you first. But you have made your decision and i hope all goes well for you.
Im saving up cash hoping to get a diet from dj (even though mine is pretty dialed in) and maybe push for a few more kgs. Then hit a cycle. Also looking to compete somtime.

Goodluck would be nice to see your results.

Morning guys

Slight change in cycle plans:

Week 1 - 20 Sust 250 @ 250mg eod
Week 1 - 20 EQ 350 @ 175mg eod
Week 1 - 14 Npp 150 @ 150mg eod
Week 1 - ? proviron20 @ 60mg ed

And maybe, just maybe i'll throw in sum of that new pgw oil based winny, to see how it is. The rest of my goodies i'll be keeping for my pre-contest cycle next year then.

Hey guys

Its been a week so far and my weight is the same. i pre loaded the eq 3 weeks prior to starting the cycle so i've been on the eq 4 weeks now and the rest only 1 week. The eq hunger started a little last week and abit more this week ( actaully not sure if this is just my mind playing tricks on me).

Every going good so far, my calroies has been bump up and not struggling to eat.

My injection sites will be glutes, quads and delts. I have to say that the cutting effect eq has on making other injectables less painfull is great and welcome.

Training is abit all over the show as im not sticking to certain muscle's on certain days. But all body parts are trained atleast once a week. Legs are done twice a week. Abs will also be trained 2 to 3 times a week { i never really trained abs that much ).

Well i quess that's that for now.

Let the growing begin. B)

Hey guys.

So far my weight gain is very slow " on the scale " but judging by pics I'm taking every other week it does show an increase in vascularity and definitionm. So it seems that I'm exchanging bf for lbm.

I will see if I get chance to mayne post sum more pics this week.

One complaint I've got so far is cramps post workout on the muscle group trained. If I did legs then my " teardrop " muscle will cramp up easy that whole day when flexed. Almost the same cramps I would get on winstrol, weird. Is this from being short of sumthing in my diet?

Here a photo of two weeks back

fakey. How much carbs are you eating daily and do you restrict them to breakfast pre and post workout or are they in all your meals

im also gonna get one of your diets Dj. But i cant seem to find time to get that body fat done. Also starting to see the benefits of only 3 carb meals. What if you train in the morning. Then do you just do breakfast and post workout as carb meals or do you add in one extra. Also Dj does your diets include carb cycling or not

No need for carb cycling,I train at 8:15 am,I have 1 massive carb meal in the morning, carbs post work out then protein and fats for the rest of the day... The post work out carbs sometimes is half simple carbs half low gi carbs, its all dependant...

thanks buddy. And if training is at night then you structure it breakfast pre and post workout right with post workout being my vitargo and then i can have a low gi meal an hour later. Should one also try to consume 50 percent of their carbs post workout

Fakey that 2nd pic is quit a jump from the 1st pic. Well done buddy! There is good vascularity and size added. Do you think its the EQ or the combination of all. Off course dropping in bf allso contributes. You can see the drop in bf around the abs area. That is that last place i loose bf so well done! Now i cant wait for my EQ cycle......... but its so long still............

Keep up the good work
