thanx guys!

abc01 - this combo is working wonders for me and the eq is definitively playing a big role in the increase in vascularity.

Dj's diets are great and are the main contributer to my gains, the man knows his story and the fact that he helps with more then the diet is great. But also keep in mind his diets only work as well as the discipline of the person using them.

just went to get supps at the dischem now and the guy who helps there just placed 2 nd at the last body building show a few months ago in springs. This guy is a huge 94 kg and lean and ripped. Must be around 5 or 6 percent bf. I ran the idea of carbs only at specified times and he was against it. Said it will make you look flat. He agrees that the bulk of your carbs should be at those times but he also says you need them in the other meals in small amounts of around 30 to 40 grams. Even endomorphs. What could be his thinking on this

Would u like yo look flat or fat,I would go for flat over fat...follow who u want to ice-rip,at the end of the day fakey at 75kgs lean mass is now on close on 300g carbs a day,..he can handle more carbs than most...

F..ck me! 300grams carbs a day? I dont consume half of that and do 6-8hrs cardio a week and struggle big time loosing bf. I must be carb sensitive as hell

Funny thing, I always thought I was carb sensitive but realised that it was my timing of them that was the problem. Also my new regime and intensity is helping a lot too.

ill be following your recommendation Dj. Was just getting a second opinion thats all bud. All the guys on here cant be wrong so im gonna go with whats tried and trusted

Guys note I didn't throw fakey into 300g of carbs,he started on close to 150g at the start then we have upped and upped and upped his calories and carbs over the weeks priming the body before throwing in major calories,fakey will be on close on 3600 calories for the next few weeks...

do you adjust up only when the weight plateaus

I start off with a diet,first 2 weeks I keep it the same,if weight drops when trying to bulk then we add more calories,if weight drops then no changes if trying to cut,3-4 weeks add slightly more cardio if cutting and more reps and if bulking more calories if weight goes up and increase reps aswell...just gotta push things up slowely...its a weekly process,if people get me the feed back I need and I will be right on track!

Hey guys, time for another update

This week i noticed a big increase of strength and endurance. The strength increase just came out of no where. Weight gaiin is still slow even with the increase in calories, but i'd rather gain lean then put on quick water and fat.

One side effect that also smacked me out of no where this week is back acne increase. I had a small case of acne on my back but minimal but this week it just got bad out of the blue. But luckily its winter so im not to worried as of yet.

Appitide is increasing aswell nicely, im not really hungry but im not battling to eat either.

Im still getting cramps, especially today when i was practicing poses.

Here is sum pics i took today. My posing isn't that good but work in progress :)

hey guys

Im looking for sum info on var vs tbol. Which of the two is less likely to cuase acne. As i've read sum conflicting info on the net. I know it is also gonna differ from person to person.

So if any1 has used both, witch one gave u less acne. ( especially for those acne prone )

I really enjoy winny but the acne afterwards to deal with im not to sure about anymore.

Hey Guys

Ok so week 6 over and things are finally picking up. My weight is actually going up ( yay ). The last few weeks its gone up slightly but been hover at the same weight more so as i was swapping fat for muscle. But last week DJ increase my cal's to 4000 and looks like im hitting the sweet spot now. The is the most cals i've eaten so far and it's alot of food. But the food is going down without hassle. Actually still feel hungry at different times of the day.

I noticed even more vascularity on my arms, shoulders, sides of my quads and "low" lower abs.

Strength went up a nice nudge this week again. I feel alot stronger on all my press exercises. Apart from the extra strength my endurance is up alot too helping to push even more with the extra strength. { fitness )

Only sides is still only the acne.

So far the cycle is going great and looking forward to the next 15 weeks.

Hey guys

for those who's used eq, did u guys exp any great pumps. Im experiencing sum hectic pumps when training. Today i could barely close my grip from the hectic pump in my forearm. Is this the eq or is sumyhing else at play?

OK so EQ is the culprit after doin sum research, can't then imagine using a pwo shake with it. Add winny in there and its over. :cheer:

Hey guys

Time for another update. The cycle is still going great and full steam. My weight is still slowly increasing but incrreasing. I've noticed sum bit of fat gain but DJ said its inevitable. But my wife is moaning about the six pack not being so visible, Woman!

My strength is still increasing and what is nice its increasing steadily aswell and not jumpimg up massively, which is making the chances of injuries alot less.

I've noticed water weight on my face " nice and round ". Also abit on the body but my face is getting it the worst.

Sides:

So far its still the bacne thats bad and also my nips were killing me a few weeks back but upped my adex dose and there fine now.
