Howzit guys

Been quite awhile since I was last one here....

so hello again.

Some of you might remember me, some of you wont....

current stats 5'10/11 108 Kilos 18 - 20% bodyfat.

Going to start my first cycle pretty soon +- 2 weeks time.

Will log when time allows, but will try be consistent.

I will be running Test E 300 Mgs for 10 weeks with Proviron 50mgs a day.

2 weeks after my last shot will start PCT with ZMA, GABA, Tribulus and Eurycoma Longifilia.

Cycle will look like this

Week 1 - 10 : Test E 300mgs a week
Week 1 - 12 : Proviron 50mgs a day
Week 13 - 21 : Optimum Nutrition Tribulus 4000mgs a day, Supplements SA Testoblast Xtreme, GABA, and Eurycoma Longifilia
Week 14 - 16 : 100mgs Clomid a day
Week 16 + : 20mgs Nolvadex a day (probably for 2 weeks)

Diet

Breakfast - oats and 30grams whey
Mid morning - 250grams chicken and wholewheat pasta
afternoon - either 250grams chicken and salad or 250 grams extra lean beef mince.
Pre-workout - Muscle Marinade
Post workout - 40 Grams Whey with 60 grams fast acting carbs
Dinner - either 250 grams grilled chicken / 350 grams beef

snacking would be on lean biltong or raw almonds.

Comments would be appreciated, Some people might say its a little underdosed, but it being my first cycle I would like to see how it goes with the 300mgs Test E for a few weeks first, if I need to bump it up I will.

I wouldn't start with your BF% that high. The recommended % is between 10-12%. Also at 108kgs i think you are under eating, i eat more than that at 85kgs :)

I assume your goal is to bulk? sorry didn't see it in your post may have missed it

your diet needs work...not enough fats,move the mid morning pasta to pre work out,add in another 2 protein and fats meals...

Sorry, Chapel, I actually didnt state what my goal was.

The idea is to stick roughly the same weight, and harden/lean out.

If anything I will add some Equi during the course, will see how things look at week 4/5, and if I have to even extend the cycle by a further 2 weeks and run Clen during PCT to help solidify whatever progress has been made.

Will do, I will have to get an MRP to fit in those meals as I am constantly on the road and running between meetings, so makes it easier....and you dont get looked over a couple of time when walking into a boardroom with a chicken breast in your hand!

With regards to the fats, I eat a lot of steak, so there should be a decent amount in that, plus supplementing with EFA's and throwing in fish every now and then.

would that be sufficient?

You can also get some Omega 3 Flaxseed oil supplement from Clicks or Dischem, I found it really helps with energy levels and makes ur hair soft which is a bonus.

U can take like 6g on a day where ur not eating any tuna/fish, and 3g on a day when you are.

Seriously, before you start a cycle, rather contact DJ and get your diet in order.

Drop the BF% first and then start your cycle. If you want to get the best out of your cycle you need to drop it to at least 12% or lower.

At this stage you need to get the basics in order first imo. It won't take long, and then you good to go.

Thanks for the comments guys and I appreciate what you are saying Shaun.

I admit, I probably do need to work on that diet, and I shall.

From a Body Fat point of view, I have never been able to get down to 12%, I have always been a rather large person. My body just doesnt seem to like shedding fat below 18%, and this is after a personal trainer and a proper diet.

I have cut down to my current weight from 145 Kilos, in just about a year.

Just to give a better understanding of what I have done, I used to play Lions rugby, and trained religiously for many years before getting caught up in booze,fast food and general debauchery, before realising I should probably change something.

I dont have massive expectations of this cycle, I am looking at stabilizing my weight and cutting a few % BF while getting harder. I am not expecting massive drops in BF, but essentially more of a kickstart after getting generally dispondent after so long. If I can get down to 14 - 15% and weighing 105 then I will be happy and it would only spur me on more.

I know, its a mental screwjob mentality, but I have been holding off and I just feel its time.

once again, I appreciate the comments but I am pretty deadset on this considering I have bought everything already and mentally prepared myself for it.

If i am just being retarded then tell me......it might sway me away.

Abrustetha, well done on what you have achieved thus far. To get where you have come it takes dedication and more importantly motivation to keep it up.
Clearly you are deadset on this course. If you are here is what I suggest:
First get hold of DJ so he can sort out your diet, I know everyone keeps punting his name, but really he is that good and will get you the goals you are looking for. When I started with him ending last year I was 109kg 17%b/F I am now 9% at 97kg today.
Secondly I would add in an AI to avoid estrogenic sides as you have a high B/F I suggest Letrozole.

There was one very unhappy guy at my gym just yesterday after a negative evaluation from the fitness trainers, after following their preaching for the last 3 months.

Your bf will drop with a real propper diet, at least check out old threats and the dieting stickys and teach yourself if you really dont wanna go to DJ. It should get you far already. There is a lot of info on this forum with real knowledgeable people.

Bad idea, end with Winstrol 50mg's/day week 8-12 or week 10-14 and extend proviron up to week 14.

I started on Monday :)

Injection was very smooth. Just a bit of pain today, like a bruising pain, but not too bad.

Did legs last night and had tons of energy, probably due to the mental hype I had going on, so massive placebo effect which i dont mind having till it really comes into play :)

so good times :)

proviron is working nicely.....feel like i am tightening up a little.

Strength is up, but that could be because of the diet, but I am goin to put it down to the Proviron freeing more test and the diet.

Hoping to feel the test next week onwards, been thinking of extending the cycle by 2 weeks. Good Idea? bad idea?

Looking forward to my shoulders session tonight.

All the workouts this week have been very solid, and strong. Sticking to supersets,tri-sets,giant sets in the 12-15 rep range.

Just excited! like a kid in a candy store!

Took my second shot yesterday and weighed myself.

up 3.4kilos in the week and a bit, but I am not carrying any water. I am pretty dry and hard, had a great legs session last night and training is great.

Hunger is getting stronger everyday and eating as much lean protein as possible.

Feeling really good, and I am hard and just loving the training at the moment.

alrighty, having a great week except for a bit of the runs 2 nights ago.

Think it was too much chilli with my chicken.

Up another 1.5 kilos since last weigh in....I think I will do a weigh in every monday from now on.

Hunger is strong and diet is good.

Eating lots of fillet and chicken which I am happy about.

Feeling a little moody but no serious emotion issues.

k.

I am up to 118Kilos losing bodyfat and no water retention. Vascularity is up, strength is great, no sides whatsoever!!!

Very chuffed, and deciding to run for 12 weeks.

So the amendment is running the test E for 12 weeks at 300mgs a week.
Throw the winstrol in at week 11 with Clen until pct starts where I will continue the Clen and use the Clomid and Nolvadex for PCT.

The proviron I will run until end of week 1 of PCT.

Things are good though!
