Lowering Cholestrol Levels was created by Koe007
I was at Dischem today and the nurses were giving free Cholestrol checks, mine was high at 6.23, I don't understand I am eating extremely clean and doing cardio 5 times/week. She said if im on Sust or Deca it would raise it and suggested Pro-Oxidin to bring it down naturally. I am on SuperTest and NPP? Any other suggestions to bring it down or will Pro-Oxidin work?

u need to get bloods done to see if it is good or bad cholesterol that is causing the rise, from my knowledge those tests do not distinguish between good and bad cholesterol...

You can try supplementing with omega 3 fish oil 4-6 grams a day and use CoQ10 supplement. The do tend to improve your HDL LDL profile. helped me on my last cycle. once finishing my cycle my cholestrol was 4.5

But one of the side affects of gear in general is it decreases the good cholestrol and increases the bad but gets better once off cycle provided your diet is right. All part of the game i guess.

If you dont know...ask

Again cholesterol is not a problem if your arteries are good. Its when they damaged that it attaches itself to the walls of the arteries .. hmm on Monday ill write a article on cholesterol and how t treat it, think a few people are mistaken about this.. ale not all gear increases bad cholesterol, take primobolaj for eg... anyway to hard to write to much info with a touch screen phone
