I need some help and assistance please.
After 8 years from Varsity and completely neglecting my Body i woke up and realised:
If I dont do anything NOW how much worse will it get...
So here I am with my plan of action and I need solid advice on how to get there.
I am at a bodyfat of aprox 26%, hight 1.74
I want my old body back...BEEEEG and defined...
I know that before I even contemplate on sticking any needle of any sort in me I need to loose a considerable amount of weight.
I currently do resistance training and havent even looked at the healthy eating part...Which I know is crucial.
So here is what I need...
Can anybody recommend any stack or enhancers to purely shake off this 4 margarine tubs of crap on my stomach. I know I need to train, Need to know what my body needs per day.
I accept that there is no medican cure for that flab on your stomach, so I need help and advice to shake it off with extra help.
Maintain my weight and after that become HULK!
