Wil be getting a diet from DJ


This is the cycle DJ said should be your first cycle.
Test cyp-500mg week 1-10
Dbol-40mg daily week 1-4
Winstrol-40mg daily week 11-14
Proviron-50mg daily week 1-15

pct
Clomid-50mg twice a day for 2 weeks
kessar-20mg daily week 16-18

i want to use this cycle but i want to gain lean muscle and cut down on the fat.
Can i add Heat to help with the fat loss?

with diet and cardio yes u will cut down fat and gain lean muscle, u can add in heat if u like but diet and cardio is key,keep letro/arimadex on hand for if the estrogen sides are too much.

what dosages would you recommend
for the letro?

How much water retention are we looking at for a cycle like this one?

Everyone is different. You will get some with the D-Bol and later with the cyp.
Proviron and winstrol will sort that out though.

You doses are not excessive, so I would say not much

Different people respond in different ways to certain drugs than others.. Hence the reason the you a page for of side effects on a disprin package yet I've not experienced one side effect that they speak of...

However an effective start dose would be around 2/3 drops EOD..
