Hi Gals,

Just need some advice on a cutting Cycle im planning.

Just came out of ANOTHER (hopefully my last) Shoulder operation (3rd time now) and im recovering well, but cant move heavy weights yet.

So i decided to do cutting cycle to get my BF% down and slowly get back into the gym to hopefully working out HARD again after this cycle and PCT. I gained weight FAST after this operation (was at 17%) now im back at 13% and looking to get back in the single digits again.

Now my Question is, is this still a decent Clen/t3 stack?

Got this from another site as i haven't used t3 in a while.

I will be adding Ketotifen rather than taking the weeks off and ill also be adding in test e at 600mg a week and Var at 50mg/ED.

as for PCT ill keep it simple with Nolva 50mg/ED unless advised otherwise..

Course Sounds fine I don't know how you react to T3 but your doses are pretty high. I get results from only 40mcg a day currently on 30mcg at night. Just watch out as you may end up looking like starvin marvin.

125mcg is alot! i have dont that,not a good idea,your diet should be in order and also be careful with var and what u are doing,u could end up causing more damage to the shoulder joints depending on the injury.

i would look at doing 40-60mg tbol ed instead of var and i would use 1.5ml test prop and 1/2ml masteron prop Every 2nd day instead of 600mg test en, if u are gonna run test en make sure u are only doing this cutting portion after 5 weeks of being on the test en as then there will be more than enough built up in the system to keep you from going catabolic. adding in an anti estrogen such as aromasin/arimadex into this will help u with fat loss, keep protein high as t3 doesnt distinguish between muscle and fat!

Im gonna keep T3 at 100mcg

I have started shooting the Test E 2 weeks ago so ill shoot another 2 weeks to make sure its in my system before i start.

As for the Var, i have read and heard that it may also help ligaments?, but i also agree that it might cause more trouble (as they say "Dry Joints"), i think im done with rugby and wrestling so i don't think i am at a risk of re-injuring myself again.

I just did a 9 week course of 80mg var ed and did not have any problems with joints. I also dont get joint problems with winni so maybe im just lucky.

I dont think its necessary to run the T3 higher than 100mcg/day. T3 and clen is a good stack in my opinion. I would have opted for test prop for 8 - 10 weeks rather than test en especially since you want to cut as well. Since you are busy allready just keep your diet in check.

A test prop/var/T3/clen just sound yummy now that im thinking about it..........
