Time off between T3 cycles

How much time do you guys suggest is safe between T3 cycles. Say the person went on a 6 week T3 cycle and followed with 1month on Solal thyroid support how long is safe to wait till he goes on T3 again?

I was on T3 for loong - almost a year at a lowish dose. Went very high in cycles during this time 2-3 weeks at a time ramp up and down.

I used L-Thyrosine and Kelp for about 4 weeks before going off and then for about the same after.
T3/T4 levels were 100% with my last blood tests.

jack how did you react to the T3 ? Did it provide you everything you expected?

Brought some heat - no major eart shifting successes. I think it has its place - in the 10% you can do above a good diet.
