Okay so my stats are 70Kg, 1.78m, 21, training for +-2yrs, bf really low not to sure havnt cheacked in awhile but iv got good vascularity so Im taking it as relatively low.

Diet is oats toast w peanut butter and apple for breakfast with 2 boiled/scrambled eggs, snacks is basically peanuts and raisins, lunch includes tuna salad with more brown bread and p-nut butter, snacks are more peanuts and raisins, a quality weight gainer protein shake before and after training with a pre/durin workout drink such as muscle science xplode. dinner is usually chicken breasts veg and usually might have some brwn bread with p-nut butter for a snack. ( I am gainging weight slowly on this diet, but i feel im gonna be in my 30s before i get to the size i want...)

Anyways iv used dbols in the past and well as usuall didnt keep any of the size or weight.

iv taken the beginners course and have modified it here it is:

testcyp250 - 20ml
dianabol 10mg - 4weeks worth at 50mg a day
proviron(maybe) need help as to know when to take it?

basicaly instead of pinning every 5days at 250mg/1ml im gonna pin every 7days at 500mg/2ml
for only 10wks and then finishing off with post cycle with clomid and kessar,( i heard kessar is expensive? plz advise dont wanna be ripped off)

anyways thanks guys plz gimme your thaughts

(p.s. im u student so i dont have much cash to throw around)

Good cycle for a beginner. The Proviron can be taken right from the start and to be stopped the day before your PCT starts.

Kessar isn't that expensive so you'll be okay.

iv picked up from when i first started training i weighed 57kgs i left matric at 55kgs 3yrs ago, and i dont wanna take another 3 yrs to pick up another 10kgs lol not saying ill get a full 10kgs from one course but anything is better than the couple of grams im putting on at the moment.... i hate the word but as the media would put it im a 'hardgainer' my body just burns everything haha...

I don't want to be ugly, but steroids isn't going to help you if you are eating like a bird...

Your problem is your diet, take your money and buy food... How much do you think a 10ml vial of testosterone weighs? Injecting that oil into your body isn't magically go to draw matter from your surroundings and add it to your bodymass...

Please please stay away from steroids until you know how to eat...

You will only be dissapointed in your results if you do not listen to me...

i do eat alot but i could probably try force more down the hatch, i have been cursed/blessed with a fast metabolism so yea i really struggle keeping up sometimes

Keep at it mate, I used to weigh 72kg at 1.86m 3 years ago, now I'm sitting pretty at 90kg without going on a cycle yet

thanks, i did write in another post on some other thread that when i started gyming i was at 57kgs that was about 2yrs ago and im sitting at 70kgs now so i have been doing something right haha :P

Agree with thunderbeast - definitely need to be eating more. You have gained well so far but you need to keep doing that some more. Most people who claim they're "hardgainers" are not eating enough.

Add some pizza & cinnabons into the mix. I have had some of the best workouts with a cinnabon 60mins pre workout. 813 calories, 114g carbs, 16 protein, 20g fat. I'm not a hardgainer and that stuff before a hectic workout doesnt touch the sides, so for you shouldn't be a problem at all!

A good friend of mine is a hardgainer, he did Iron Man and a load of triathlons then this time last year weighing in at 73kg he wanted to quit a go heavy. 1 year later he weights 100kg. He just eats and eats, shits then eats some more :)
