Best trade off cycle?

I am new here on the forums, so let me begin by ssying hello to all!!! Hope the weather isnt getting you too down?!!?

Anyway, back to the task at hand.

I have taken a cycle of aas before, about 6 years ago consisting of depotrone, deca, and sus250. No pct whatsoever. lol. young and stupid I guess. Didnt mess me up though thank goodness.

So I am in the market for a cycle starting in a couple of weeks. My stats are as follows:

29yrs old
97kg
16%bf approx
training for 3 years.
Dieting now (cutting) for 6 months, down 30 kgs. But I need to start a recomp. Diet is 100% spot on, so no help needed for that. Just my cycle.

I was thinking of the following

Sus250 week 1-8 250mg 1xweek
equipoise week 5-12 100mg e3d
winny inj week 3-12 50mg e3d
and running clen throughout at 120mcg a day

PCT is as follows:

clomid 50mg a day for 5 days, followed by 5 days off, followed by 50mg a day for the next 5 days, finished off with Fertomid 50mgs a day for 15 days.

Anything you would change?

why you running eq from week 5 only and pinning every 3rd day. Never seen that before

What would you do in my position ice-rip? Start from week 1 and pin once a week, but 200mg?

because of the very long ester eq has you would need to run it a minimum of 12 weeks to see benefits of it. I pin eq on monday and thursday with my test but it can be pinned 1 x a week. The reason i do that is because my shot is already 4 ml per shot so i pin 4 ml monday and the other on thursday. So yes run eq from week 1. Which eq do you use. I would use a minimum of 400 mg a week although those that use 600 mg have reported better gains. Over 700 mg a week and some complain about anxiety

I would do 400mg equipoise and 500mg sust a week for 10-15weeks,then run your winstrol injectable from week 15-20 and then start pct,when using equi u need to wait 42days after your last injection before u can start pct...also your pct is wrong,clomid and fertomid are the same thing,you should run 100mf clomid for the first 7days and then 20mg kessar+20mg aromasin for the following 30days...add in hcg/ovidrel as 500iu every 2nd day when you start your kessar and aromasin

Would I be ble to get away with just 250mg of sus a week? I have heard many people say that They should have taken 500, and others say that 250 would be enough.
