Hi Guys,

1st of all I would like to say that this forum and all its info has opened up my eyes to using gear CORRECTLY like no one can ever explain.

I am planning on starting my 1st cycle on the 15th of June 2011 and all you input is needed.

I am taking carefull planning on this and would like to do it right.

Please have a look at all my components and share your thoughts.



My stats are the following:

Height: 1.73
Weight: 93kg
BF: 19%

I am currently following a strict diet on which one day looks like this:

Wake up 6:55am
Whey in Water
5gr Gultamine
2 x fat Burners

Breakfast 8:30am

60gr All bran, 1 teaspoon Xylitol, fat free milk
1 x Protein shake in water

Snack 10am

2 heaped scoops of protein in water
2 rice cakes

Lunch 13:00

1 fatburner
1 tin tuna, 2tbs nola light, 2 slices Old cape brown seed bread, lettuce and tomato

Snack 15:00

1tub fat free cottage cheese
3 cream crackers
12 Almonds

Supper 19:00

150gr Chicken breast steamed
3 x vegies

Bedtime snack 21:00

2 heaped scoops protein in 200ml fat free

Traning:

I religiously train 5 days a week every morning after I wake up and before my Breakfast.

Cycle:

I have researched alot on what I would like to use and have decided on the following:

1)test suspension water based (out your system within 24 hours)
2)winstrol
3)clembutrol

I need advice as pertaining to a cycle. How long of what and how much.

PCT:

Nolvadex.

Again, how much of what and how long.

Secondly my concern is on one of Peytons posts regarding PCT.

I dont wanna run into any issues with estrogen and my balls shrimping ans taking 4-5 months to recover.

Any advice to get my body back into normal cycle? please motivate your answers.

Ok your diet needs a lot of work!! Too many shakes.not enough whole food,lacks fats and carbs and calories,I wouldn't use test suspension at all seeing that water is breeding grounds for infections and bacteria...I would use a trst only cycle for your first cycle,also I would diet correctly for 6-12 weeks before starting your cycle,you will probably find you will get the reults off diet alone right now

Sorry DJ I dont quite follow.

What do u mean by a trst cycle?

Secondly do u mean my diet is fine for the trst cycle?

As DJ said Test only cycle, if you concerned about stuff being in your system to long use Test Prop. 1ml EOD.
Your diet is far from ok as DJ said to many shakes not enough whole foods.
For starters switch all bran for oats.
Bring your B/F down a bit before starting a cycle, I suggest you get hold of DJ to customise one for you the results you will achieve within 2 weeks will be better than your planned cycle.

no your diet isnt fine,there are to many processed carbs,not enough whole protiens(too many shakes not enough solid food) also crackers,bread,all bran = shit sources of carbs, you need more unprocessed carbs,potatos,rice,oats, that sort've thing,not manufactured carbs...also fat free milk,drop that completely, lactose(milk sugars) are not the greatest form of calories...your diet needs alot of work,there needs to be more chicken,eggs,nuts,steak,fish in your diet less whey,also you need to weigh out all your food!
