First of all all the help and comments from this site have helped me out loads and aided in bettering my body on the whole. I have taken the advise of DJ and company and been off the gear for while now going on 8 months .. its time to do another course and hear is what im thinking and i would like so advise:

I want to run a 12 week course: ( i have moved to the uk so products are different but the idea is the same in my eyes.)

I want to trim up and loss some bodu fat so moved away from the mass gear and moving onto the clearer stuff.

I have 2 x 500mg Equi test ( 250mg test E and 250mg of equi )
2 x 200mg equi
1 x Tri tren 400mg ( tren A , tren E and another tren )

i have a full pct planned with adex and hcg with kessar and HCG,
What can i use as i frontloader as i dont like DBOL and what do u guys thing of the oils ??

Can i steer clear of the short esters as pinning as a logical problem.
Im 105kgs at 11.5% bf and looking yo just tighten up.

Thoughts on adding orals like win ?? should i invest in T3 or clen ??

Diet is pretty sharp with loads of protein ...

Quite a complex cycle you got planned there. Test, equi and tren... But it looks like you may be short on the test.
I'd try 2ml equitest p/w 1-10
1ml equi p/w 1-10
3ml equi p/w 11-13
1ml tren p/w 1-10
if you wanting to use it all
that'll give you total of 500mg test p/w 1-10
700mg equi p/w 1-10, 600mg p/w 11-13
400mg tren p/w 1-10
other option is to run tren after equi or vice versa but i think that'll make for a VERY long cycle. Have you used tren before? I honestly think you gonna need some more enanthate

Wouldn't 10 weeks of tren be a bit rough in terms of sides? Since its a combo why not run just for the last 6-8 weeks of the cycle?

thanks spike really insightful .. i have used tren a before for pre comp and didnt get the cough. I was thinking of more test there cause 600mg per week is ideal aint it. i will grab some more test e as well ?? thoughts on using another test combo instead of test e .. one like sust with all the esters .. they do a test 500 here that splits up test c , p and e equally. What of using that to get the gains going with the shorter esters ??
