Help for a Newbie

Ok, I have done some research on first cycle ideas but newbies will never get everything right so I might need some advice. My stats : 22 years old, 6ft 2, 78kgs @ just under 10% BF, training for nearly 3 years. I was thinking of running Test E @ 500mg per week for 5 weeks then upping it to 600mg per week for another 5 or 6 weeks. I want to use Turinabol to start off my cycle @ 40mg daily for 4 weeks. I have anastrazole on hand for gyno problems. Will use milk thistle for the first 4 weeks aswell to help my liver. My PCT will be clomid @ 50mg daily for 10 days then nolva @ 20mg daily for another 15 days. Any advice will be appreciated

seems pretty solid to me, if you want you could add proviron through out the course, make sure ur diet is sorted maybe talk to DJ he can set a diet up for you, he does charge but everyone here swears by his diets, otherwise you seem set to go, but lets see what the real masters have to say...

I figured I would do some research before I posted to save me some rough critisizm.
My only problem with adding proviron would be the price, I have already reached my budget.
Does proviron do anything to slow gains? Iv taken it once before and felt very lazy and couldnt get decent pump at gym.....

I have read that article before actually, proviron is good stuff. Do you think it would be safe to replace the anastrazole with proviron because it does have AI properties? Anastrazole is pricey so it would be a good help if I could.

i dont think so rather leave the proviron then for now since you say your on a tight budget, you havnt used AAS before so you dont know how your body will react in terms of gyno so rather keep the anastrazole for this cycle, and if you dont have any gyno probs then if you plan on another cycle you could add proviron and you will have the anastrazole from this cycle still for just in case

i would run your test dosage at 600mg from the start,also get yourself some winstrol orals in addition so that your can run those in the 30days before you start your pct. once the orals are done,run your pct.

Yes right, up test to 600 mg/ week drop the milk thistle it tends to hinder gains whilst on orals. As Dj said winstrol last 4 weeks before pct. Letro imo is cheaper than anastrazole and stronger should gyno appear 0.2my eod should keep you sorted. Although I know anastrazole yields less sides and does not kill sex drive like letro up to .5 mg on letro with your dose of test will be fine.

Yeah definately no reason to go from 500 to 600mg. keep levels as stable as possible and run 600mg from start. keep letro on hand but i wouldnt run it throughout. No need to put your body under extra pressure unless there are gyno sides. Also letro can kill all water retention, and while large amounts of water are not ideal, small amounts will help with strength and injury prevention

I like what I have read on letrozole but cant get my hands on it anymore so anastrazole is my only option there.
