anyways after being in my gh / slin / tren / test cycle a long while back, had a few major personal issues strike, in the end i just stopped everything and gym etc was the last thing on my mind, once i had pulled everything back together a motorbike accident ruled me out for another 6 months .
i am now back, or have been for a few months now, been cruising on pgw test e (as some will know i dont really come off) and have pulled myself back into some form of shape again, currently weighing 102kg odd at around 11-12 percent bodyfat (far cry from the 20 odd percent i was a month or 2 ago) yes dj still dieting no carbs lol
as luck would have it i have run out of pgw and so has my means of getting it leaving me with few options so bare with me as i break many a sacrilege rule here
for some reason i have gone back to where i first started 15 years ago sust and deca , my goals are to get back to the 110 to 115kg mark (i know there are better ways but for some reason wanna give deca a twirl again and move away from tren for a little bit)
so for the next 12 weeks my plan will be to go from the pgw test e 600mg / week to
750mg Sust (1 shot 3 times a week)
600mg deca long acting (divided into 2 shots a week)
and here comes the kicker all i could get was.....................nomad 300 deca...........ja ja shoot me now i know , here is hoping for the best lol
after this will probably cruise a bit before switching to tren / test combo (my favorite) again (hopefully having gained access to pgw again)
