Prep for boxing/MMA was created by hotshot
Hello

I am currently preparing for a fight, taking place in 6 weeks. I am trying to get a cycle that will help me in my prep. I have done many cycles, the last being the one I liked the most - tren ace and test prop. I had excellent results and due to a good pct, they have lasted quite well.

What i am after is something that can help me with maintaining strength, dropping a few kgs and at the same time helping me improve my conditioning/endurance.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

PS - this is not a professional fight so i won't be tested

Id stay away from tren ace my man as that will make u tired quickly...not good on the lungs..go for something like test prop masteron prop, will keep the water down and promote lean muscle..maybe some clen to help u drop some body fat.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

yes snok is on the money with the test prop and masteron prop,u can even throw in some NPP to that mix,19nor and dht substances always work best with one another, add in some heat, some clenbutrol and a little t3 and u will be good to go.

When I read the question I was also thinking Test P + Mast P.

This is when that Equi Prop would work brilliant for its influence on red blood cells.

@Pumped they are..

@thread: I would not use DHT if I was looking at getting ready for a fight.. You not trying to come in shredded you trying to stay anabolic and you don't need any discomfort in your joints.. Test Prop alone or Test Prop + NPP is all you need.

Hi Hotshot

Many others may not agree with me because of it's negative impact on connective tissue, but Winstrol is actually very popular in endurance sports, cycling and boxing especially. Minimal water retention--so it won't push you up a weight category.

I would go with Test Prop (VERY low dosage) Nandrolone (NPP ) and winstrol (Stanazol)

With winstrol you will be stronger without putting on weight, It will have a positive impact on your speed and power

However, if you are planning on going pro sometime stay away from Nandrolone, as they may test you at some time, and it's detectable for a LONG time.

Stay away from Tren, as you will gas out too quickly.

Also do not take any ECA on the day of the fight, in your training it's fine, especially to help you lose a little weight, but if you plan on fighting longer than one round I don't recommend taking ECA on the day,, or you will gas out too quickly.

If it's not working,,, take double,,,

Thanks for all the replies. I think test prop and npp is the way to go. Will try that and see how it goes. Cheers!

@Batman - you recommended test prop (very low dosage) and npp. Would you mind telling what dosage of each would be best, in your opinion? Stats = 94kgs, bf =/- 10%, age = 36.
