I'm with DJ I was a Letro guy until admin got me to see the light, Adex is so much better, as a controllable AI and less harsh on your body.

On it's own? Well if you using it to raise testosterone levels and lower estrogen then yes you can.

Not at all, when using off a cycle it will be raising natural testosterone levels and keeping your estrogen low, so less likely to hold fat store..

pump i heard this from one of the big guys at gym,he also said if i take some proviron on its own it will raise natural test levels,is this true?
and how much adex would someone take a day to raise test levels while NOT on a coarse

No proviron will shut you down in time, not completely but to a degree, I would use small doses you don't want to lower estrogen to much or you lose libido. 2 drops eod should be enough.
