old age cycle was created by Hennie
Hi Guys

Ok, ive been reading a bit more and would just like some feedback if possible etc.
STATS
49yrs old, 1.85m, 95kg training 5 days per week, BF 15%
GOAL
Get rid of a bit of "old age" flab, maybe gain a few lean kgs - NOT overnite so dont mind to wait for gear to kick in.
95-100kg ?? and BF about 10%
Diet not perfect but not "bad", +- 500gr Chicken, Lean beef, Fish and 500gr Carbs per day PLUS some whey and eggs
(7 meals per day) with multivites and fish oils etc
CYCLE
week 1-12 Sustanon 250gr e5d
week 1-12 Masteron 100mg e5d
Week 13-20/25 "home made" trt with 100mg cypionate e10d
Then proper TRT with Nebido as the testo is long gone at my age

Any feedback will be appreciated
Thx Guys

Have you done any cycles before Hennie?

Anyway here is my opinion:
Doesnt look all that bad. You can always move the injection dates closer to squeeze in 500mg Sustenon/week. You are close anyway.
The Masteron is pretty low so i dont see any hastles. Just watch your prostate and other androgenic sides.
The TRT is spot on to all that i have read.

I rate the usage of HCG during cycle as essential. I have experienced first hand how it influences your mood wrt depression. Especially long cycles and TRT.

Also i would advise to at least chat to your Doc about all you are planning. Have the blood work done and screen the organs etc.

Hennie, if your only abjective is to loose some old age flab why dont you consider going on a GH course for about 6 months. You should be a good candidate I think.

this combined with a solid diet should give you some good results.

I'm a sceptic of GH in general, as i'm worried about heart enlargement... I would honestly do the following

1) Get a proper diet, and workout how much cardio you need to do on that diet.
2) Use a safe fat burner, yohimbine or something similar, and if you have no heart conditions, you can try an ECA stack, as I believe all the products these days don't contain any real eph*.
3) Be strict on weekends
4) Look what that does for 3 months, and then decide if you still want to cycle... And if you do keep it simple, as I wouldn't see a reason even 'stacking steroids', as just a testosterone only would be great on your system.

Thats my 2 cents anyway.

Thx guys

Have done some "very stupid" cycles of deca, equi and orals etc b4 but have been "clean" for 18months to 2 years. yes want 2 get rid of the flab but would be great to make some lean gains also, have been 105kg and 11% BF before (2009) but lost most of it thru being uninformed, stress and plain slapgatgeit. Ondier, u happy with this seeing u can still remember my previous posts?? And i'm still waiting for your ideas DJ ?? !! ?? Any spesific sides i must be on the lookout for as i think this is quite a "mild" cycle but seems enuf 4 what i want 2 achieve ?

Thx pump, have used HEAT b4 an loved it so will most proparly use again. Cardio not my favourite but i DO put in quite a bit after my weights evry day. Reason 4 stack is cos i undestand that masteron will keep estrogen issues ie. water at bay. Yes/No?

hi pump, this is not the first time i have read a post of your saying that you are sceptical of GH. why? have you read something that made you come to this conclusion or is it just something you are not 100% happy with doing?

I like your views on things and you always seem to do great research, hence the question.

Well your carbs of 500gr a day is mad amounts and also u will need to give us a break down of your diet meal for meal gram for gram,I think its best to get an opinion from a doc to see u are good to go but first off your diet and cardio needs to be in order

At your height and weight I would even go to bring it down to 250g-300g to start keep protein at a decent high level and add in fats, have your carbs pre and post work out and in the morning for breakfast...if u suffering with the gut its usually from too many carbs

Sorry DJ, im being DOF again, its not 500g "carbs" its 500g VEG!! Protein intake is 500gr meat/chic plus 50g protein from whey plus 4-6 eggs per day (not counting all the small bits and pieces in the oats and other things) Thus CARBS = 100gr oats + 3weetbix for breakfast with whey and then the 500gr veg split up thru out the day. Making more sense?

Hmm, well for one I have an enlarged heart, a friend who has been on gear for many years, seemed to have only picked up his issue while on GH, my specialists can't prove it but suspect it enlarges the heart and seem to pinpoint that is where my damage started.

End of the day, if you can afford GH you can afford to monitor your body, so it shouldn't be an issue.

00pump I've read the same thing from numerous sources that hGH enlarges the heart, to what extent I don't know for sure but is it worth the risk? Not unless you wanna win the Olympia I'd say

Haha that's where you're wrong mate, I should die by the age of 40 due to multiple organ failure from all the juicing I'll be doing in the coming years. You see I won't have to grow up or grow old :)
