Competition Cycle

Hi guys its been a while since i posted here. I been away in Zim and i need a little bit of assistance as I have been out of the whole gear game for quite a while now (training naturally and working great for me). I have a guy here who is entering a bodybuilding competition in exactly 7 weeks from monday. His Current weight is 74kgs with around 11-12 % bodyfat and the target is 68-69 at around 6-7% body fat. He never did a cycle before and he came third in the last competition in his category last year.

Right now i Have at my disposal Winstrol depot, Test Cypionate, Trenbolon Acetate and Enanthenate, Primo Depot and equipose. Im trying to write up a good cycle with dosages but Ive just been out of it for too long. Could Anyone with experience write up a good competition cycle maybe from even starting tomorrow as the comp is on the 8th of October.

Any input would be appreciated.

No short ester test at all? gonna make it tricky then as 7 weeks is too close to use cyp... I'd suggest basing it purely on primo and winstrol. Can run winnie right up to the comp, not too sure about primo, not very familiar with it.

U can use the winstrol and tren acetate out of the lot,the rest of them are too long an ester to use now,u want to be clear of long esters 6 weeks out as they have the ability to make u retain water...u also need to drop short ester test 3 weeks out as that also has estrogenic sides,proviron is an essential too...

so what kind of dosages are we looking at? I havent grabbed acetate but im guessing its water based. So i can mix it with winny and pin EOD for 7 weeks?NO test at all? Wont this cause a crash in the body?

Acetate is oil based,yes using no test in the body does cause a crash but what would u prefer the chance of there being test in the system that has the chance to aromatise to estrogen giving u water and maybe fat issues...I would get hold of some arimadex or letrozole and use that asweel for the last 4 weeks,proviron starting at 50mg a day and the last week 100mg a day.1ml of each injectable eod

Thanks for the update DJ. I just saw the supplier and I managed to get a hold of a mixture of tren acetate and enanthate 50 mgs of each per ml as the rest is all sold out. Managed to get ahold of winstrol tabs only which are 10 mgs per tab and proviron which is 25 mgs/tab.

So still start pinning tren mix EOD 1 ml but what about winny does he take 5 tabs per day spaced out during the day or one time dosage? Also is 50 mgs enough daily in tablet form?
