Advice Needed

Hey everyone
I hope you are all well.

I am 21 years old now and I weigh 91kg. I am at about 15% bf. I am planning to compete next year round about this time.

This is the only cycle I have done this year.

Below is the cycle I am doing now.

Week 1 – 12 : 50mg Proviron Every Day
Week 1 – 12 : Letro Drops, 2 drop EOD.
Week 1 – 10 : PGW Equi, 2mls per week, 1ml Monday 1ml Thursday.
Week 1 – 6: Sustaplex, 2mls a week, 1ml Monday and 1ml Thursday.
Week 6 – 12: Schering Testoviron, 2 Amps a week, 1ml Monday, 1ml Thursday.
Week 8 – 12 : PGW Tren Ace at 3mls a week 1ml Monday, 1ml Wednesday and 1ml Friday.


I am in the middle of week 8 now and I am very happy with results. I have gained nicely, leaned out, hardened up, looking nice and full, I am very happy with it.

I would appreciate any advice, or if you feel I need to change something, or if I have done anything wrong I would appreciate if you could help me.

One thing I am a little confused about is my PCT. That is where I have screwed up before.

I was thinking about doing Doctaris PCT Protocol, but I am not 100% sure how long after my last shot I need to start the PCT so if you could advise me on that aswell that would be awesome!!

3* The half life of you longest ester.

eg.) 10 weeks of test cyp @500mg's per week so half life of cyp(14days)*3= 42 days after your last shot.

And i tried my best to work out how long after my last shot i should start my pct. I worked it out to exactly 30 days after?

Please will you tell me if i did this correctly. I would just like to make sure i am doing this all perfectly.

With the cycle that I am doing now is Doctaris pct perfect and do i just follow it to the t?

I was also thinking, in that 30 days that i am waiting to start my pct i could run win tabs at 40mg per day.

Would this be a good idea? if not, then I wont, just wondering if it could do any good:)

Tren at your age is not the wisest thing to do, if you insist on using it rather precontest.

Koe, did i work out the time correctly to start my pct? 30 days after last shot?
and what do u think about taking win tabs (40 mg per day) during that 30 days? Would it be a good idea?

Switch- as Pumped said- you multiply the longest active half life of the compounds you use with three. In your case, Schering's Testoviron has the longest half life of 8 days. So 24 days after your last Testo shot you'll start your pct.

I would use it at 30mg a day in that 24 days.

But I also think you must leave out the Tren for now.

And I would continue the Proviron through that 24 days as well on 60mg a day

Aromasin is cheaper then armidex so if ur paying visa versa ur being schnaaid!

oooooooooh ok, i just saw now, are you talking about the LP Aromosin?? I got told about some other one.

I just found out now that the LP Aromasin is very cheap, awsome!haha

And i was looking on the net now, cant find it anywhere. Can you guys give me any info on why tren shouldnt be taken at a young age?? or a link that i could go read up on it.

Just wanna improve my knowledge a bit so i dont make these mistakes again!

Switch, Tren is very hardcore and should not be taken without a lot of research and cycle experience. I personally have vowed never to do it again after my last cycle. It can really effect you psychologically and cause many sleepless nights.
Also I mentioned in another post that aromasin is more expensive than a-dex but I see they work out to about the same if you get from LP.

Ok cool. Is there any specific reason why it shouldnt be taken at a "young age" tho?
Or is it just very harsh on the system? whether you are young or not its still very bad for u?

Oh yes, 1 more thing, is the LP Aromasin still good?? Cause i hear there is LP Aromasin that is cheap, then some other brand that is crazy expensive? surely there is a big difference in quality between the 2 or am i wrong?

I doubt there's any specific reason why it shouldn't be taken at a young age. It's just that at a young age one usually doesn't have much cycle experience and may not be prepared for the tren side effects. It's not so much the physical effects on your system that you should worry about but more the mental side effects.

There's nothing wrong with LP quality, it's actually really good. I just get my a-dex very cheap.

OC labs or LP winny is killer and if its ur first run with winny then 30mg ed will do.
