Morning to all u training junkies ;)

i would like some comments & opinions on my 3rd cycle. 10 weeks combining Deca and Supatest & winny . . .with intention to bulk.

info : been training last 6months under PT 4 days a week split programme ... with CLEAN meal plan. Lost 9.1kg in 14 weeks and BF dropped from 21.5 to 11.5% . . . wanting to increase lean muscle mass by about 9kg now weighing 81kg so target 90kg's. Just over 40 yrs old . . been training for 4 years now. 1.77m tall . . .

what are your comments on my choice of gear for this course??? thnx guys

Welcome Ajay:

firstly congrats on the 9.1 kg drop, now getting to your question, you need to run the deca and test for much longer than that, at least till 13 weeks, i'm doing a similar cycle starting next month here is my advice:

Now this is your 3rd cycle, so the compounds you have chosen are a bit hectic for a 3rd cycle( in my opinion ).

could you gives us some more info on your previous cycles, meaning what you took and how much of it did you take, and depending on that we can help you accordingly.

Congrats on the progress to date bro. Drop the deca or run the cycle 3-6 weeks longer, 10 weeks for deca is way too short. Throw in some d-bol or anaps to kickstart your cycle and I hope the winny will only be used towards the end of your cycle

hey dude

Thnx 4 that and yr reply!! i will take 1ml of each once a week so 10ml will last the 10 weeks . . . so u reckon i need more???

last year - 1st cycle was test ethan & equip 1ml once a week for 10 weeks. . picked up about 4kg
2nd cyce was test ethan 1ml twice a week and deca . . . . 10 weeks -picked up about 5kg

I take it you'll be using PGW? You're gonna have to pin at least 1.5ml supertest per 1ml deca to avoid libido problems, so yes you'll need alot more of both. Judging from your last cycle's results your diet must suck if you only picked up 5kg on that cycle, I'd sort that out first before worrying about what cycle to run next

Hey deadgoat

Yeah it was PGW and assume this next batch will be as well!!! yip i dont think my diet was 100% with first 2 cycles BUT clearly it is NOW with losing 9.1kg and 10% BF in just 14 weeks . . . so i know my meal plan is 100's NOW for this next cycle!!!!

thats why i know i am also ready for my next cycle!!!

Sure you may have figured out to cut now, but will you know how many calories you're getting in to ensure you're growing optimally for such a cycle?

hehe

well . . . i am basically on the same meal plan (mainly fish / ostrich, brown rice, sweet potato & veg . . free range chicken has NOW only been introduced after 6 months and only twice per week) oats & banana & egg whites for breakfast . . . .. eat @ 7am . . . post training meal(tuna salad) , eat lunch @ 1pm . . mid arvie meal @ 3pm (same as lunch) then dinner 7pm . . .3 protein shakes a day, that includes L-Glutamine, i take a pretrain shake (pump maxx) . . i also take creatine . . .

i think i am in VERY good hands as my trainer is VERY well qualified, previous body builder with national & international titles . . .

my carbs have been increased by 20% for this new programe to bulk . . .

hi

i wont!!! on previous cycles i ALWAYS made sure that i do PCT!!! very NB!! in my eyes that is . . . .

i havent yet ordered mine but i am sure my trainer will assist!!! BUT in your opinion what wuld u suggest? (always grt to see different opinions)

Depends on whether you'll increase the doses and run the cycle longer, doctari's pct should do the trick

hi all

update guys!!! i have my last pin 2mrw . .

in the first 6 weeks i picked up 6.2kg's lean muscle as my BF readying went from 9.8% to 9.98% . . . i have since plateaued a bit as now sitting around the 7kg mark increas(from 80.5 - 87.5kg) and this is my last week. . . last BF reading was 10.7% which i think has been grt progress . . .

any comments???

in 2 weeks time i am planning to jump onto winnie (injectable) and my trainer will be changing my program and meal plan in order to shred!! his comment is he wants me to get "crisp & hard" for Dec/Jan. Cant wait to get this going as really keen for that lean shredded look . . . .

Thnx guys have a cracking training day . . today is my rest day!! PHEW!!! :)
