Hi all
I’m currently in my 3rd week of my cycle. The cycle is going very good. My diet is dialed in and I have gained 8lbs and I can actually see my body changing. Awesome!!

I’m running the following

1 – 4 Tbol 40mg
1 – 10 test e 600mg per week
2 – 6 proviron 40mg
6 – 10 proviron 60 mg

PCT
nolva, Clomid

My question…
Would adding winny or var for the last 4/5 weeks be a good idea? Or should I just see this one through as is?

Stats
36yr
112kg
1.83m
This is my first cycle.

I also have Letro at hand and have been taking liver tabs from day 1

I would run winni as anavar takes about 5 weeks to kick in.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

I would run the winni to bridge to pct , and also run the proviron to pct

Calculate back from your PCT start date and start using the Winny 4-6 weeks before then! Will work wonders!!! Also run the Proviron till the day before PCT, you'll really love the results.

With this being my first cycle, is it OK adding another compound?

What is a good dosage for winny and which is best, the oral or injectable?

Rather keep your first cycle simple, so stick to what you have.

Run injectable winny at 50mg/day (1ml/day).

Vega, the main reason that I always suggest injectable over oral is that by injecting you miss the first pass digestion through the liver. This obviously makes the injectable less toxic as it enters the bloodstream directly through the muscle.

I hear you but honestly, Winny over 6 weeks? If the correct precaution is taken it won't even show up on a liver test.

You're right, Cycleman's coarse is quite mild so 6 weeks oral winny should be fine, but I would still add milk thistle or lagalon. I would always stck to injectable for the heavier cycles of 12 - 20 weeks.

I would also not make the 1st cycle too complicated. Run the test e at 600mg/week; do the winni at 50mg/day (worked out like vega said) and run your proviron throughout. I would not kick start the cycle because i dont think you should run 2 orals back to back especially if its your 1st cycle

You could even lower your test to 500mg/week. Its your 1st cycle so you will grow plenty. Hell, i grew plenty on my 1st cycle of 250mg test e/week
