Hi there,

I have been following this site for a while now and there are some guys with a lot of knowledge in regards to cycles.

The cycle I am thinking of doing is deca and sus

I have done deca before with no sides like deca dick and so on

The cycle is as follows 10 weeks of

500mg of sus a week shot e3d
200mg of deca a week shot with the sus

My stats

Age: 24
Weight: 94kg
Hight: 1.85m


Any advice to make this better or any advice at all, I see a lot of guys thinking of using aromasin do you have to use this or is this just to prevent gyno?

Not to sure, but i think you may have to up the deca to minimum 400mg a week to yield decent results.

You MUST add Test.

And you won't get decent answers from the guys if you don't post your diet, gram for gram, and previous cycles.
What is your BF, and what is your goal? These guys are BBuilders- you must give them more meat :-)

sorry about that :)

i have 2 cycles the first was deca and dbol.the second was test cyp from nomad labs which was nothing less then a waste of time and money that stuff didnt work how i thought it would :( .that is the reason that i want to run deca and sus because it is not from nomad labs well the only stuff that i can get that isnt from nomad.My diet is clean i do not smoke or drink, i would however like a diet that is made for me. i want to bulk up and get bigger as i have read that sus and deca is a good bulking cycle. my bf is round 14%

Hey bud

Ur first two cycle looks to have been a abit of a flop. Did U do any form of pct with the previous two and a deca only cycle is always a bad idea. What where ur dosages on those first two cycle.

As for the eating clean, that can mean alot of things. The question is are u counting calories in ur diet. Do u know exactly what ur macro's are?

If ur looking for a custom diet then get hold of DJ threw admin on the " contact us " tab but he does charge.

I'd advised sorting out the diet and then looking at a plain test only cycle with a dbol kickstart.

yeah i guess they were come 2 think about it and as much as it pains me to say i didnt really think the first one through. the second i did the right way ran the pct of nolvadex and clomid.the first one i wouldnt really talk about as it was a waste of time the second one was 500mg of test cyp a week but didnt really see any results as it was a rubbish lab(nomad) i am on 3600cal a day but i wouldnt say that it is made for me just one of those that are generic for your weight and so on..i jsut want to do things right this time and have everything in order before i do another cycle

a couple of guys have asked you this before, post up your diet and we will tell you if its 3600cals or not. From your experience with AAS it makes me think your diet is probably less than desired too.

Post you diet, meal 1, meal 2 and so on and we can take it from there. this will be 80% of your gains.

as for your cycle, i would suggest a test only course first perhaps with a proper PCT to get you on the right track when using gear first, then we can talk about adding more to your cycles. I would like to see you get a proper cycle and pct done first. Deca and sus is not it imo.

NO way that's 3600cals bud, more like 2200cals if that. you dont get enough carbs, protein or fats especially not pre or post workout.

your diet is a mess and your workouts are probably very weak compared to where they should be.

Lets hope DJ doesnt see this cause he is going to tear you a new asshole.

you need more protein, carbs and fats

If I was DJ id be annoyed at people trying to be convinced of your abilities.
Just search the forum and look at some of DJ's clients, should tell you enough of his knowledge and ability. ;)

I think i know what you meant, remember though there is a diffirence between getting a mealplan from DJ and sticking to it. trust me, you are going to find out how much food 3600cals really is.

im sure you are right Etwa its going to be tough to stick to it, but no pain no gain! i will most def come back to regarding the cycle and make sure that it is right before i do anything further. like i said i want everything to be right before i start

Hey guys,

Got my diet in check thanks to DJ must say its a lot of food to eat I see what you guys meant by that I will know what it is like 2 eat ha ha. But will keep you posted on how it goes:)

Hey guys, here my cycle what do you think


Week 1-10 :

600mg testen and 300mg npp (1ml testen 1ml npp 2x a week)

Front loaded for 4 weeks with 40mg dbol.

 

Week 11-14

40mg winstrol orals

40mg proviron orals

Taken daily

Week 15

100mg clomid daily

Week 16,17,18

20mg kessar daily with 500iu pregnyl every 2

nd day.

 

Keep letro on hand incase of water or gyno

Looks better, just remember Npp has a half life of 3 days so time your shots carefully.
My advice I would trade the npp for equipoise and extend the course to about 16 weeks 600mg equipoise/ week then 45 days after your last equip shot start Pct which in that interim you can runnproviron and winstrol, why I say this is DJ has a lot of food in his diets, the equip will give nice lean hard gains and increase your appetite. Diet is key remember, so force feed yourself if you have to. I did and was astounded at the results. Anyways be strong,consistent and disciplined and you will get the results you seek.

Hi,

I started my first cycle 4 weeks ago. I am doing

250mg of deca + 200mg of sustenon per week
4 dianabol tabs + 4 novadex per day

I initially gained 3 kgs in 2 weeks - from 71 kg to 74 kg but have since gained no weight though have increased strength and replaced some of the water etc. With muscle gains. My trainer is suggesting I do another 4 weeks with all same except we increase deca to 350mg.

I am 41 and been gyming for many years but never gained muscle like this before. Please advise if you think cycle is suitable for a beginner, whether 8 weeks for first is okay.
