hey guys...this is the story, i have not trained or touched a weight in about 2/3 months now. I just finished fasting last week, so my eating and drinking of water is still adjusting to normality. Now i wanna start training again soon, and wanna take a little test just to give me a slight boost to get going, like just 200mg a week. So do you guys think i should head straight into a shot of test or wait a little, train for a week or 2 and get my appetite back then take a test shot?
