Heat eca stack aggravate gyno???

I did my first cycle a year back
never used anti e and never pct
ended up with a mild case of gyno
Isn't noticeable at all until I flex
the chest I read on the forum that
getting bf down can help with gyno
but not solve the problem so i tried
heat and now i feel lumps under my
nipple and get pains under the nipple.
So is that normal?

I have used it 2 twice and i am currently using it.Have never got gyno from it.

First of all you can't get gyno from ECA, are you maybe squeesing the lumps? The lumps were always there, the fat in your chest just covered it and now that it's gone you feel "permanent" lumps. Is your nipples puffy?

Ahh, now that explains allot. I always wondered why my girlfriends added two bra sizes once they started dating me.

It sounds ridiculous but its actually true that playing with your nipples will worsen the gyno. Its along the lines of the placebo and nocebo effect because its your brain sending signals to release more of what ever is causing it. In most cases guys who have gyno are seriously afflicted by their situations and thus dwell on it and consistently play with their nipples lol I know this because a friend of mine went to an andocrine specialist because of his gyno and it was one of the things mentioned. Vitamin B12 along with some steroids may also help in reversing the effects as well as kessar for an extended period of time but I don't want to preach any of those as cures because it would be irresponsible. Different compounds have different effects on different people so things don't always work. Also something like kessar is very toxic. I've recently read that vit B,specifically B6, in high doses has helped lots of people with their gyno issues. Either way I doubt its the ECA bru. Shit one though gyno is not cool. Good luck

I tried the Vitamin B6 thing for gyno and even on high doses it was useless. Only possible way to reduce it will be Letrozole or other aromataze inhibitors, but in the end surgical removal is the only proper way to get rid of it.

B6 helps lower prolactin, but isn't effective in gyno reversal, not much is, or I wouldn't have done 3 surgeries and trust me I would have gone the cheaper alternative.

3 surgeries ? Yeah bro gyno is an evil thing. About 3 years ago I took m-1t and I developed a lump under the left nipple. Only thing that helped was 3 months of kessar. Then I took a winnies test supension cycle. 4 shots a week, 5 winnies tabs a day, 2 proviron and 20mg kessar for 6 weeks and it completely went away. Then end of last year I took e pol by purus and I got a lump under the right nipple. Been doing vitamin B and its definitely gone down a lot. Its a slow process I rate it depends on what the originally caused the gyno.
