thethe fist option is the better one to go for to be honest,running cyp for 8 weeks is a waste,i would go for cyp at 10-15 weeks around there..u are hoping to gain about 13kgs of muscle bud thats alot to ask from a cycle like those...

thanx for the reply,first cycle gained almost 10kg muscle so ill see wt happens this is a bit more compounds tho ,what do you think of 6 weeks T3 in there ?

if u are wanting to gain muscle then no good.. yes u may have gained 10kgs in your first cycle but it is your first cycle bud,i wish i could gain like i did when i started.

thought long and hard and im not mentally ready this year its going to be extremely difficult to do the cycle perfectly ,going to be working in africa for 6-8 weeks ,so i think im going to move the cycle to next year when everything has settled to be exact 6 feb. 2012 ,now im just speculating i know im going to change my mind again in the future but here goes

Well then do your diet properly first, that's the way to get bf% down and then concentarate on putting on some lean gains

i can drop to 12% bf fast but from there its slow,what i was trying to say is less watter-retention ,going to do calorie drop + cardio till next year and start with the aas 6 feb.
its better health-wise then you don't have to worry too much about cholesterol and BP
