Hi Guys,

I am currently on my 1st cycle. I started with half a naplin 45min before training per day with 2x 1ml TestoCyp 250 per week. I am running this cycle for 15 weeks.

Questions:

1) once I have finished with my cycle & PCT, how long should I go clean before I start a new cycle?
2) what would you suggest for a 2nd cycle? I like the testocyp and would like to take it again, but what can I add?

My main goal is size and strenght.

TIME ON + PCT = TIME OFF TILL NEXT CYCLE.

Next cycle, in most people's opinion. Should be kept just as simple as the first. What you can try is upping your test dosage maybe, or trying supertest or sustanon, maybe bridge with winny at the end. Or you could stack with deca but maybe keep that for your 3rd and onwards cycle until you have the feel of everything..

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

I wont mind running the same next time, my results are really good. I think for the next cycle I will run the same, just increase the TestoCyp per week.

Im in my 9th week. I started training 6th June (clean) and started using begining July. I started (6th June) @ 50kg deadlift, 50kg squat & 45kg bench. I am currently on 150kg deadlift, 185kg squat & 110kg bench.

I have to admit, I use alot of supplements. To be discussed if needed.

I increase weight per exercise as I reach 10 good reps per weight. I take omega 3,6,9 & Multivit & Arthoguard when I get up every morning (7 days a week). I eat oats with whey protein over it. I take cal c vita with 1ml B12 & 1ml Bcomplex every mon, wed & friday. I have a whey shake around 8am & 6 eggs around 10am. I have lunch at 1pm (steak, brown rice & veggies). I take 1/2 a naplin at 3pm and off to the gym at 4pm. I get home around 5.30pm. I take another whey shake after training. I eat around 7pm (steak & veggies). I have 2x calcium & mag pills before bed time. I take gaba before bed time.

In my whey protein I add a tea spoon of Glutamine & a tea spoon of Creatine. I used to add maltodextrine, but I gained too much weight so I stopped it.

Not saying this is right or wrong, but this works for me and I am happy with my results.

think its more the initial first time gym strength increase combined with gear.. You hit it a bit too soon bru, granted you did a well structured cycle... But you probably should have gone natty for a good while before jumping on the juice wagon ;)

Well, I would have gained without the cycle as well, but not as much. I train 5 days a week.

I started at the gym Nov, but I was doing more circuit and cardio 3 times a week. I weighed 128kg in Dec'09 and I weighed 110kg this Feb. I maintained it around 112kg till June. Then I started strongman/power lifting training and I am currently 116kg but the cm's are looking good.

yes you would have absolutely, it is just that gear is used as a means to break barriers and plateaus. And is usually used after a solid period of training natural. But that's alright, you did a good cycle at least. Not something silly. May i ask what your PCT is?

I hijacked this from another thread (sorry :blush: ), but would this work for me for a second cycle?
I want to run it for 15 weeks.

Anabols 5mg - 6 p/d (30mg p/d for 4 weeks)
TestoCyp 250 - 2x 2ml p/w
Proviron - 3 p/d (60mg p/d)

Clomid - 2 p/d (7 days)
Nolvadex - 1 p/d (30 days)

This is to gain power and size.

Is there a particular reason why you so fond of the Test Cyp?

I used it a few times early in my bodybuilding days and got the strength but not the quality.
Held a lot of water.
I moved onto Test E and Test P (amongst other things) and started to put on many kilos of quality lean mass. I've also had great results with triple Sust cycles but you must make sure you get the right brand, it's also magic in the right diet.

Just a thought. I'm new to this forum.

I agree with you m90010, I to receive far superior results with Test Prop, Supertest. Less Water, leaner gains.

Yes it will, but im talking about quality lean gains, much more so with Test Prop or Supertest. I also like the short esters in ST so you don't have to wait so long for it to kick in.

Personally I would rather use Test. Enanthate. Its will also make you super wrong and big with more quality gains then Cyp.
But like I said my opinion is bios as I'm not a huge Test Cyp fan from past experiences.

My thoughts are if you going to train and diet like a demon for so long rather opt for more quality gains.
If you get into the habit of slower but better quality cycles from the the word go, you will benefit physically and financially in the future!

The provision will help with the H20.
I would also add some Equi if you feeling adventures :-) Nice quality gains
