Hi Everyone
i'm brand new to this forum, so first off let me give everyone a warm Hello :)

Well, i'm looking at doing my first cycle in a month or 2 and just want to get some help
I'm 29 and about 6foot and around 18% bf

Im looking at building for 6 months and then cutting for +- a year, i will only be doing this one cycle once off

Week 1 - 10 testcyp 250 (twice weekly at 1ml)
Week 1 - 4 dbol at 30 - 40mg daily
Week 1 - 10 Proviron 50mg

PCT
Clomid 7days
nolva 1month

How does this sound?

Welcome! Seems like you did some reading cause that is a solid 1st cycle bud! If i had to change anything i would push it to 12 weeks.

Just make sure you have the timing correct between your last test shot and pct (3xtest cyp half life). Try and push the proviron up until pct or you can toss in some winni for a bridge to pct. I assume you know that clomid is 2 x 50mg for 7 days and then onto 20mg nolvadex for 28 days.

It would be ideal to get your bf down to around 12% before you start the cycle. Keep in mind that your nutrition plays the most important role in your goals

i really like the idea of adding Winny to the Mix, so you think the cycle should look something like this

Week 1 - 12 TestCyp
Week 1 - 12 Proviron
Week 1 - 4 Dbol
Week 8 - 12 Winny

Then the Clomid/Novla PCT

i'm a little scared that if i add Winny to the mix as well i will need HCG, i'm trying to avoid HCG as the idea of injecting myself every second day is little frightening :P , With the Test its easy, its directly into the muscle and it doesn't really hurt, HCG you need another technique, i will be doing this by myself so ja, trying to avoid HCG

My other concern is, if i add Winny, don't you think its a little much gear for a first timer?

But i'm no expert, if you guys say eating raw doughnut dough i will probably do it...lol

As for the BF %, i'll lose it while i'm cutting, i'm trying to lose weight for almost a year, it's difficult with the amount of proteins and creatine i drink on a daily basis. When i'm finished with this cycle, i will go on with the creatine and protein for another 2 months and then i'm going to drop all supplements and do everything the natural way. Have done this before with great success, the reason i'm avoiding this is because i tend to lose allot of muscle but if i use gear beforehand i will still lose a huge amount of muscle but at the end of the day i will still look better (hope you get where i'm going with this lol) :)

The reason why you struggle to loose BF is not cos of the creatine and supps, its cos you probably taking in to much carbs and fats and they probably at the wrong times also. Gaining a lot of muscle to loose weight like that is just stupid IMO u just wasting your money doing a cycle....

with regards to winni you could start it at the end of your last week of test pin and use it until the day before you start PCT starts (+-4 weeks of winni)...

if you wanna loose weight properly then perhaps contact DJ through Admin on the contact us page... he will sort your diet out and you will have much better results

I'd also definitely recommend the 12 week cycle considering cyp is a very long ester. And also with bf % at that level and being a first timer you may suffer from gyno- so add in some letro or arimidex just incase. If you sort your diet out right with DJ he'll help you loose fat and gain muscle at the same time as he did with koe. Anyway, its an awesome first cycle and can make great gains. With regards to the pinning twice a wk 1ml you can just pin once a wk 2ml. Sorted.

loosing fat has nothing to do with protien and creatine,its got to do with overall calories,if your calories are too high and you are not doing enough exercise and cardio u wont loose fat, body fat is stored energy so by eating less energy(carbs and fats) and doing more cardio and weight training you will loose fat,the problem also comes in if u cut back on calories too much you are going to end up slowing down the metabolism and going into starvation and will not loose fat... so get your diet right first and then loosing fat will be no issue at all...

I always tend to struggle to lose weight while training, i can promise you if i drop training today with all supps and only do cardio (with my current diet) i will lose weight, i always do

i mostly live off chicken breasts (4 times a day), the only sugar i take in is the sugar in my coffee (once daily)

Ultra R, please post us your diet so we can see where you are going wrong, no I don't think its to much juice for a beginner cycle your cycle looks solid, and no you will not need HCG due to the Winstrol as far as im aware winstrol does not shut you down.
Im pretty sure your problem in losing weight is your nutrition. Gram for gram meal for meal.

i dont do go gram for gram
But here is my diet
Morning :1 chicken breast OR 1 slice high fiber bread with 4 eggs
12:00 : 1 chicken breast or can of tuna
16:00 : 1 chicken breast or a steak
19:00 : 1 chicken breast or one of the above
All meals i take with 300ml low fat milk and 25g Protein shake

i drink Coffee in the mornings and sometimes at 16:00 with 3 sugar

Sometimes i cheat on weekends, but i have read on countless forums that you are allowed to have cheat days :D

PLEASE email admin for DJ's contact details bud, if you gonna use that money on that juice you will waste it all with that diet, he will customise it for you, meal for meal gram for gram, remember a miss is as good as a mile.
You have barely any carbs in your diet, you must be hungry and tired all the time bud.
Please do yourself a favour pay DJ for a proper diet as it goes hand in hand with your cycle.

Yip! cycle looks good! With that bf maybe leave the dbol. You are not going to run letro (i assume)and you dont wanne blow up and look like the oros man.

Thanks bud, but thats what the Proviron's for, should keep me from bloating up :)

I will look at my diet, i read a few articals yesterday and i will try set up a better diet, if i dont come right i will awk DJ, money is just a small problem this time of the month :p
