Hi guys,

I'm doing prep for a contest and want to gain some lean muscle mass and also try shred any fat that I've got hanging around. This is my proposed cycle:

Week 1-6: Test prop 100mg EOD(20ml total)
Week 1-6: Proviron 50mg ED
Week 7-9: Nolvadex 40mg
Week 10-11: Nolvadex 20mg

4 Weeks off

Then a 6 week cutting cycle:

Anavar:
25mg ED for Week 1-6

Winstrol:
Week 1: 20mg
Week 2: 40mg
Week 3: 60mg
Week 4: 40mg
Week 5: 20mg
Week 6: 10mg

Clen:
Week 1-2: 40mcgs ED
Week 3-4: Off
Week 5-6: 60mcgs ED
Week:7-8: Off
Week: 9-10: 80mcgs ED

This will be my first proper cycle and I need advice if its too hectic or if its wrong
I train 5-6 times a week with a pretty decent diet

I ultimately want the "fitness model" look

When is this contest? I can't help you much with that as i don't know if the usual rules apply for comps, you will need DJ, pump and koe for contest prep opinions.. But my opinion nonetheless:

first cycles are generally based on one compound with a long ester, i.e. test cyp or enanthata and maybe front loaded with dbol. In your prop cycle you could bump it up to 150mg and run it for 8-10 weeks.
6 is too short, 4 weeks off is too little.

Basic rule of thumb applies TIME ON+PCT= TIME OFF TILL NEXT cycle.

Anavar dosage in the second cycle is too low, it needs to be doubled at least. Why are you pyramiding the winny? You can take the clen up to 120mcg if you want and if it is not too uncomfortable.

Okay cool, I'll keep that rule of thumb in mind.

I've been told that if you pyramid anavar and winstrol then you can keep your var doses quite low? Var is quite expensive, so do you recommend upping the dose of var to between 50-75mg ED and leaving the winny?

Then I know that clen can cause heart palpitations and some cardiac hypertrophy, and I'm not sure how I'll react to the 120mcg dose especially because of my age and weight (20 and 76kg); but should I rather go 40, 80, 120?

PS: your PCT structure is on drugs. Need to research that a bit more. And your clen idea, though not terribly far off, needs restructuring.

Tell you what, there is a tonne of info on this site bud. If you look at the top left hand area of your screen you will see a drop down labelled "articles" go in there and get reading.

BTW: for your first cycle, it is not ideal by a long shot. Depending on the date of this contest i would say leave this and run a normal beginners cycle for now if you are adamant on cycling. Or leave the contest all together..

why not just run the prop at 100mg EOD for 10 weeks (40ml in total)
along with anavar at 80mg for the last 7 weeks of that cycle
and then do a clomid AND nolva PCT.

the clen you can just cycle on and of troughout the whole cycle.

that anavar and winstrol 2nd cycle idea of yours is a balls up.

Weight: 76kg
Body fat %: 10.4& (according to Virgin Active lifestyle machine)

Cardio 3-4 times a week: high intensity spinning, relaxed swimming, squash and inclined treadmill walk

I'm trying to get that hard, dry look. I'm still 10 months out, but I want to do this properly so want to do a lot of planning and obviously saving up as well.

Diet is pretty decent. Every day differs but today for example was:

7:30 - 3 Scrambled egg whites and two slices of Low GI toast with 2 scoops of whey (50g)
10:00 - Chicken, bacon and pesto salad
12:00 - Two bananas + pre-workout
15:00 - 3 grilled chicken breasts, brown rice and 2 scoops of whey (50g)
18:00 - 350g Lasagne and portion of fruits (pineapple, mango, apple and strawberries)
21:00 - 200g Rump steak, sweet potato, mixed veggies and 2 scoops of why (50g)

Well bud lasagne is made up of pasta,white sauce(butter flour and milk) and cheese,these are no exactly gonna give u the lean hard look.bread is also manufacured so thete are additional unwanted fats in it, you need fats in your diet,and u need to weigh out all your food.go into the diet and contest prep section and read the skicky notes for comments.

You need a post workout shake with some whey and dextrose to give you a insulin spike to replace your depleted glycogen stores.this will keep you from going catabolic.

Yeah get that diet sorted first. Secondly, you are too young for juice... If however, you are like half the young guns that come on here, you are gonna use anyway, with or without our advice...If you do, do it properly. 10 months is a looong time, thats over 40 weeks. You could run 2 cycles in that time, or one longer, more complex cycle that runs up until comp. However, the recommendation will be NO steroids for now

Why don't you just wait till the day when you can afford to do things properly?

I wish someone gave me that advice when I was a lighty!

The day will come when you have enough money to do proper cycles, diet on fillet steak and then you'll enjoy it much much more.
