I was very impressed with my cycle. Only used LP and PGW. I lost about 7kg of bf during my cycle. I have added some good quality lean mass as well with very nice definition.
To be honest I just went in to the cycle to test my body's reaction to AAS. I was not planning on gaining weight. I wanted to do a cutting cycle but everyone said I must do a beginners cycle first and then move on to the harsher compounds. My bf was still around 23% on the time I have started the cycle. But was thinking to myself if I do add lean mass my metabolism will definitely speed up and that will bring my bf down. And I was right.
Like DB said- had some water retention but dropped most of it when I stopped the DBol.
I didn't struggle with night sweats or sleeping. My skin were definitely oily and had to get a facial scrub from Nivea to control oily forehead. Had a bit of acne but the scrub kept it under control.
Main thing here is where I'm coming from so I'm sure it will differ from person to person. I'm 34 years old, so knew my test levels were down, had sleep apnea for about 10 years without knowing it. So struggled to go in to REM sleep which obviously brought down my test levels as well.
Now my health is much better. Especially after the cycle. I've planned a 10 weeks only cycle but extended the test for another 5 weeks. I have my own business so my stress levels used to be very high.
I did not get agro or irritated at all when I was on cycle- actually calmed me down and felt much more in control.
I lost allot of stomach fat on my cycle. I couldn't train to my full potential, as I hurt my left bicep and had bursitis in both my shoulders which required rest. But felt so good when I was on cycle I couldn't drop the test. So I went hard on legs. And then by week 10 I went in for the anterior crucial ligaments on my right knee (but this was also an old injury, didn't happen on cycle) but at least I could build the power in my legs which I'm sure did allot for the op. After week 11 I started upper body again- but still could not go heavy so did more reps, and think that is one of the reasons I didn't bulk much but added some good quality lean mass.
Diet was not spot on but also not too bad.
Think you remember my liquor posts. My mouth was big on why and how I social with a couple of beers etc....before cycle
That changed completely while I was on cycle. I didn't feel too good, a babbie of another kind, so went very laid back on the dop. It was better after I dropped the dbol but my lus was geblus
What I've realized is everyone has got his poison. Mine was dop. Some of the members on here struggles to quit smoking but they are healthy as hell.
Some's poison is their gear.
I have to find a new poison now......
In my opinion it is a very mild cycle and would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to start out with minimum sides.
Overall sense of well being and power stood out the most.
