Winstrol - Testoviron - Tribolan - Anavar

Hey everyone,

Please could I get your learned input on this cycle ?

Winstrol (inject) 50mg (Monday) - Testoviron 250mg (Wednesday) - Tribolan 75 (Friday)

Pyramided over 10 weeks / week - 1ml/2ml/2ml/3ml/3ml/3ml/2ml/2ml/1ml/1ml

I have included Anavar 80mg from the end of the 10 weeks Mon-Friday (excl. weekends) till 2 days before Doctari's PCT.

My stats are

31 years old / 1,69m / 90kg / 28% body fat

How did you messure your bodyfat? If that's a true messurement, you need to bring it down before jumping on juice...

Why do you pyramid?

This your first cycle?

Why not take anavar on weekends?

Oh, and running winny for 10 weeks is begging for hepatic failure...

Like thunder said first try get that BF down, and winni for 10 weeks is a no go.

I was informed that using a pyramid was effective? *I am guessing you think differently?* (After reading a few posts on this forum, I suspected that would be one of the comments)

This will be my 2nd, first was a complete waste of time (shady advice from what i thought was a reliable source)

Once again was informed that taking anavar over the weekends was a waste of time?

Get your bodyfat measured with skinfold calipers, and then rethink. Problen that I find is when being too overweight when starting a cycle, your estrogen is much higher (greater chance of bitchtits) and bloodpressure also starts bothering.

You can't juice yourself into shape.
Get yourself a proper and I mean PROPER diet!

Cardio, 50min low intensity on an empty stomach work wonders! Early in the morning!

As Thunder and Kyle have mentioned you will need to get your bodyfat down, It is not just the higher estrogen levels associated with high bodyfat% but also the fact that if you start building muscle under the fat, you are going to appear to have even more fat. Those VA bodyfat measurement machines are a load of junk, the readings are very inconsistant. You can either ask one of the personal trainers at the gym for a bodyfat caliper measurment or you can buy calipers at Springbok pharmacy (order online).

I recommend getting it down to around 15% before considering a cycle. The only way to lose the weight will be to get your diet in check supplemented with a good training program with plenty of cardio. I find the best way to lose fat quickly is by doing a keto-diet but is not for the faint-hearted, requires a lot of patience and dedication. Once your diet and exercise routine is sorted give yourself a while to adjust and then you maybe consider adding in some fat burners like clen or heat. This will speed up the fatloss process.

With regards to your proposed cycle, it's not bad (tribolin/testoviron/winny/anavar) but your timing and dosages are way off. Tribolin is a mix of Methandriol and Deca and is quite pricey, I would rather go for Deca or NPP on its own with the Testoviron (Test enan). Anavar is also pricey if done properly which is to run it for at least 7 - 8 weeks at no less than 60mg/day. I would rather keep things simple with a basic test base (either test cyp or test enan) at 500mg/wk and add winny (50mg/day) for the last 6 weeks. There is no need to run winny and Var together so instead of the wiiny you could run Var (60mg - 80mg) with the testoviron for the full 10 weeks.
