Hey guys sorry to jack- was just wondering, with say a 6-8 week prop cycle; what site rotation works best for you guys?

Since it would have to be eod pins, would you have to utilise glutes, delts and quads or could you get away with just glutes and delts?

Thanks.

I get away with just glutes and delts, I hate injecting quads, way too many nerves and veins there.
Divide it into front, side and rear delts.

Devide your Glute as well and map your quads in upper/lower AND CIRCULATE.
Take it from me - you need to let the injection site recover.

I would suggest getting the 26guage needles,as thin as a slin pin and also adding in doing LAT injections if u have someone to help u,your back is quite thick with muscle so then should be no issue,I have my mrs doing lat shots for me

If you Have Levrone Delts maybe.... i use 1" 26G usually. Main point is to circulate and give the site proper time to heal. I'd say 2 weeks at least between shots. Scar tissue makes absobtion difficult and you end up with unabsorbed depots. Especially large volume sites.

Howzit guys,

For the current cycle I'm running:
6weeks
1.5ml prop 1ml win eod
50mg proviron ed

What would be a sufficient post cycle? I prefer ovidrel over HCG so was thinking
Day 1-7 100mg clomid
8-28 500iu ovidrel eod
8-38 20mg nolva.

Do I need the clomid in the beginning? I read one of doctari's posts that the clomid was used after cycles which used 19 nor's to prevent the nolva causing gyno.

Thanks cheers

Cycle looks good to go. The clomid is needed in the beginning for HPTA stimulation and estrogen rebound. I think doctari was saying that nolva must not be run with 19-nors as this can aggrovate progesterone gyno.
