Hi there can some one please give me the advice I require urgently!

So when you bought your last car did you not read up on it? How can you commit to buying this stuff and only find out later? But ya, good at least you are finding out..

I take it this is your first cycle?

For starters, you do not need all of those compounds for your first cycle.. You need to research this.

List your stats: Age, Weight, Height, and BF%
Lay out your diet. And then you will get some advice..

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

No its my 5th cycle bt a big cycle currently 100kgs aiming for 140
Haave taken dis depo, testoviron, prop, anapolan and gh but I don't wanna fuk up my cycle dis tym

Boet, its your "5th cycle" yet you dont know what to take "off cycle"??

For interest sake, what were your previous 4 cycles like? i.e what compounds did you use and how long did you run them for?

No offence but in my expierence biokineticst don't always know whats right for a bodybuilder in the diet department.I also had programs from 2 guys and well in the end it just cost me money.DJ on the other hand was totally different i paid and the results where great.Not saying all are the same just be careful. :)

Can you maybe post your diet for interest sake??

Wow, IMO you definitly need to do your homework, bet those other cycles were a waste of time and money but by the looks of what you bought, you have enough to throw around. Do us all a favour, there is a section that explains all the compounds you bought and what the recommended dosages are, go read up on them and then get back to us with a preposed cycle and we will help you tweek it from there!! Good luck bud
