Hi,

Need to cut down my body fat a lot, its sitting in the high teens at the moment. Taking myself some anavar and clen with nolvadex and clomid as my pct. I want to combine another fat loss agent into my cycle, ive heard t3 is the best to combine with clen, is this true? O and yes ive sorted out my diet.

Post up your diet bud. Nutrition is key in losing weight. Then take it from there

If you read the other 100 posts on this forum you will see it is best to cycle clen with heat. 2w clen and then 2w heat if you gonna take clen and heat combo for longer than 8 weeks you need to get some betalseep which will refresh your beta receptors

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

Diet:

Meal 1: Whole egg, 100ml Oats, 250ml Milk, Fruit

Meal 2: tin of Tuna, 5 Provita

Meal 3: Chicken breast, Spaghetti

Meal 4: tin of Tuna, 5 provita

Meal 5: Chicken breast(post workout)

Meal 6: beef, veg, 250ml milk

And 5l of water throughout the day

Hey man welcome...
firstly your foods are not weight out so you have no idea how much Protein/carbs/fats your getting in.You need a scale to work out exactly how much of each you need to fulfill your calories.
Your post workout meals need some quick absorbing whey protein and dextrose to give you an insulin spike to keep you out of a catabolic state.You want to cut down dairy is not a helpful friend in that case get skin milk or at least 2%.
Whats your pre workout meals?
I don't think you are eating enough but first post your stats?Height,weight,age ect.
